Convenient to airport. Breakfast was adequate and young man taking care of it was pleasant and working hard. Our room had a hot tub and a huge lounge chair that took up valuable space. Sadly the hallway carpets were covered with stains and everything felt tired and in need of renewal despite housekeeping staff’s best efforts.
Convenient location, reasonable price, nice/helpful staff, rooms plain but neat/clean/quiet. Breakfast bar was typical for this class of hotel - not fancy but staff hustled to keep everything supplied (coffee, fruit, etc.). Elevator was not working and pool was being serviced, but neither was an issue for us. Fitness room small but okay. Hall & stairwell carpets looked dirty and stained (hence the poor cleanliness rating), but room carpet was fine. It's pet friendly but that's not an excuse. Hope management remedies this soon.
The elevator didn't work, they're awaiting a part. I'll give them credit for letting us know. But if we have to walk the stairs, could they at least clean them? Pathetically dirty. Holes in the ceilings in the hallways. Filthy stained carpet everywhere. My room had no towels and the alarm clock was unplugged. Isn't anyone paying attention? Just embarrassing.
Everything that had water, leaked, Carpets are stained, in the room and in the hotel. Breakfast is just sad. I was there on Veterans Day and it reminded me of what I ate in basic. Staff is friendly, but clearly understaffed. Owners need to invest in deep rooted repairs. The price was about 2/3 of the neighboring hotels, but not worth the savings.
Would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel, elevator did not work, room was dirty, requested housekeeping to clean room they never showed up, television inoperable wires hanging down, no cameras at the hotel and car was burglarized loss was $1800 dollars in property and damage to vehicle. On this day three cars were burglarized staff knew about it and failed to report it to customer or police. DO NOT STAY HERE!
We were extremely disappointed with our stay: this "hotel" is absolutely filthy! Stains all over. There are big trashcans on every level, they were disgusting and the walls around them were full of stains. The entrance and lobby area are not welcoming at all. Bad quality breakfast, no refills after 8am ! About the room: dirty carpet, old dirty yellowish curtains, the AC unit is very noisy, the plumbing in the bath was broken and leaking. The duvet was full of holes. I had to wipe the surfaces clean as it was obvious they hadn't been touched by housekeeping. The "fitness center" : the AC was out of order and the machines were full of dirt ! The "pool area": the pool water was greenish and old beds had been stacked outside the exit door. We only stayed because we had pre-paid but I was appalled to see that a "Wyndham" hotel was in such a derelict and grubby state (in fact it just uses the Wyndham brand as it is independently operated). …
Very dirty. The carpet in the hallway was filthy. The elevator didn’t work. We had to use the stairs. The Stair well looked like a crime scene. I would have rather taken a shower at the local truck stop.
Good customer service. We had to take an evening flight and asked if we can leave our two bags in the hotel after we checked out. The counter staff was very helpful. The location is about 4 miles south of the Strip. The room was clean and spacious. We have a good time staying.
The fridge in the room barely worked and smelled really bad because it hadn’t been cleaned. I noticed there were dead little bugs in the freezer section of the mini fridge. We asked for the someone to take a look at the fridge while we were gone. No one updated us on whether or not something was wrong with it and the maintenance person ended up knocking stuff off the desk in the room and just left it behind on the floor. There was also a loofa left behind in the shower by previous people who stayed there.
Greeted with kindness but the lack of cleanliness made staying the night very difficult. Upon exiting the elevator I was greeted with large piles of guest trash. After, all I could noticed was the gross carpets. In every direction large stains, and even old gum. Unacceptable for a hotel!
