I stayed here the night before my return flight home. Everything was great ! The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. Early morning shuttle service to the airport was perfect !
Last minute need fulfilled. The staff at 1am were nice and accommodating and quick with the check in. The room was clean and ready for the next guest. Everything was clean. I had no problems with my overnight stay.
We had and enjoyable stay and would stay again. The room we had was comfortable and we found the kitchenette useful more than we initially thought we would. The location to the airport was good but did see much around the vicinity in walking distance other than another Hilton property (TRU) .
Had to give a shout-out to Cindy and Precious and Boyan for their amazing breakfast buffet spread and great grits, bacon, eggs etc. Plus they are so friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond the extra mile. Thank you team!
I’m with the Carpenters Union and came to stay here with my wife. It’s very convenient being right across the street from ITC. DOWNFALL……when I made reservations from Hawaii I tried to get Carpenter rate. I was unsuccessful. So when checking in, I asked the guest service agent if they could apply the discount. He said they would have to cancel my reservation, and start a new one. So, I went along with his train of thought. Then after doing rates on the carpenters discount rate, my reservation became more expensive than my original booking. I thought the Carpenter’s Union owns this hotel. For a five day stay I paid close to $300.00 a night. Also the hotel reeks or marijuana. I will be leaving negative reviews at every site this hotel appears. Flew in from Hawaii and got taken advantage of.…
Close to airport (so some north facing rooms have noise), free shuttle to/from airport, but you could also walk from car rental center. Friendly staff, especially Moussa. My bathroom was dirty (hairs on shower wall), shabby grout throughout so time to stop pandemic blame and restore buffet and room cleanliness to old standards!
I can give this hotel all the stars!!! Great stay...the suite was very comfortable and stocked with everything I needed for the kitchen! It may be pet friendly but I couldn't tell at all!! Gabriela checked us in and was very sweet and welcoming....but Tony....oh man Tony is THE MAN!!! Was always greeted with a smile from him...as annoying as I was he was so sweet and helpful!!! Even talked to me when I was waiting on my husband to return so I wasn't just sitting alone. Every hotel needs a Tony and Tony needs a raise!!
This is a very convenient location to the airport without the hustle and bustle of Vegas. The rooms were nice, clean, full kitchen and beds were extremely comfortable. I will DEFINITELY stay here again
After a week of hiking at various national parks in Nevada and Utah, our group opted to stay at this site ... close to the airport for a quick shuttle ride the next day. The staff was friendly at the desk, offered some dining options, and made sure that we liked our suite for our party of five. The room offered a small kitchen, with two separate bedrooms, separated by a combined living area and dining table. Very nice! Loved the layout, and we took advantage of the comfort to relax, visit, and retire for the evening. The shuttle service was on time, which was appreciated. The early morning desk staff was openly friendly for 4:30 a.m. ... and offered me a cup of coffee, apples, bananas, etc. Since breakfast was not available that early, they wanted me to take something for the ride to the airport. I do not stay at Homewood Suites too often, mainly because of the overall cost. But I will admit that this facility was very nice, pleasant decor, and gave our entire group a peaceful sleep the night before our travel home.…
I arrived early at this hotel after flying across the country to be with my daughter who was having major surgery. Moussa, behind the desk, upgraded my room (I am a Gold Honors member) to a two bedroom suite. This allowed my daughter to stay with me comfortably once released from the hospital. The next day, Moussa inquired on my daughter's well being. The employees could not have been more helpful. In addition, this hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, and I found the location excellent since I did not wish to spend time on the strip. Lots of restaurants and drugstores or other shops are a short drive away. Returning the rental car was a breeze since it is so close to this hotel. I will definitely stay here again!
