Horrible, if there was a lower rating I would give it. Unbelievably poor service, front desk person rude, difficult. Better off to sleep in your car, don’t be fooled by the low price, simply not worth the hassles

We read the bad reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and boy did we pay the price for it.

LOCATION - Bad, bad part of town. We met local friends who apologised to us when we told them we booked a room there. It's far away from the tourist area and in a dodgy, dangerous part of Vegas.

HOTEL- The room is old, worn out, sheets were stained and leaves a lot to be desired. There is very little security offered to the guests given that it is in a dangerous part of town. The locks don't have key cards, the hotel has no security cameras and no security personnel.

For what they're charging, there are many nicer hotels in safer, more convenient parts of las vegas. Keep searching ! Motel 6 along Tropicana costs us less on a Saturday night (we walked in without reservation too) and it was right across MGM and walking distance to the Strip.

THE MANAGEMENT- This hotel runs on profiteering one ppl's ignorance (like ours) and scarcity of hotels on a weekend. We attempted to cancel rez 15 mins after booking but they wouldn't allow cancellation, refund or partial refund. Yes we r aware that their terms state no refunds but this decision is purely based on the hotel's discretion. I have booked hotels in 3rd world countries who allowed my cancellation within the hour even though their policy says "non refundable". Why ? Because they haven't sustained any loss during that 1 hr. In this case, the hotel hadn't sustained any loss within those 15 mins. We checked out of the room nonetheless and sustained the loss of USD 154 because our safety n peace of mind meant more to us.

Conclusion, if they don't allow refunds, has worn out dirty rooms, and is in a dangerous part of Vegas, why would you put urself in a trap ? Read other reviews from other hotel booking websites and believe it when they tell you this place is an expensive dump.

Stayed at the crown and I even showed up a day early (by mistake) but the man up front let me check in anyways and just pay the fee. we got complementary water and room service everyday unless you don’t want it. Lots of food places around fremont and charleston even some open 24 hours which was really convenient! also didn’t hear anything about my EDC attire or what I chose to walk around in. room was clean and was allowed to smoke in it if I chose to, they had a heater/ air conditioner, a LED tv and free wifi. wasn’t that far from EDC either, probably 15-20 mins.

There was no way to find a phone number for this place so we were really worried that we might have a problem because we were arriving quite late but we were met with a super kind man and complimentary water bottles. The room was actually quite beautiful, especially as we have been staying in all motels. It was also spacious and we had an excellent stay. It is in a bad part of town but if you are tight on cash don't overlook this place!
