Very nice clean rooms. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. House keeping was excellent. Dining was good at the Rio. Casino was friendly and paid out for us a few times. Overall a good bargain for your money.

Great personnel. Good atmosphere. Perfect location. I've been coming to Las Vegas, approximately every two months for the past 10 years. Having stayed at the majority of casinos in town - I still go back to the Rio each time.

Almost didn't book here because of so many bad reviews, but decided to go after talking to two friends who had very good experiences. It was a good decision. Our room was on the 38th floor of the Masquerade tower, beautiful strip view. Large room very clean, had fridge and small coffee maker (brought our own because others said they...

Keno games were amazing. Elevators to get to rooms were too far from lobby. the room we stayed in were not 100% clean. The Buffet is not good as before. The day I was there, they fired a lot of people because they weren't going to need servers.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious . When I asked for an extra blanket in was there when I returned to the room. All of the dining there was great. Great spa day too. The gaming was spot on and a lot of fun,

Joined my husband for a conference trip and had never visited or stayed at the Rio before, but was impressed from the very first experience at the front desk. Very courteous service by valet, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Our room was very spacious with super comfortable bed, full-size sofa and a great view of the mountains and swimming...

My husband and I were intrigued by the Rio off strip as we could see it from our corner strip room at the Paris Hotel & Casino which is also part of the Caesar Entertainment properties. We decided to take a cab over to the Rio to gamble and have dinner at one of the restaurants. We enjoy the drinks...

Though it was off the strip it was a huge hotel. The atmosphere was great and I liked that they had a shuttle. But the air quality sucked and the plumbing wasn't so great either. The main entrance bar at night played awesome music! Nice spot to end your night before trekking drunkenly to your room.

Rio still have very big rooms and it's cleaned. There's so many different types of restaurants within the complex you won't go hungry. It's just a little too quiet . They need to bring in more people.

Lovely room, friendly staff but very difficult to win on any slots. The Rio is quite a long distance from the 'strip' but does have a shuttle service. I think the shuttle service should go to more than one drop off casino on the strip. Some folks have difficulty walking long distances.
