Spent a couple of nights at Four Seasons Las Vegas and they did not disappoint. Despite the hustle and bustle of Vegas, Four Seasons provided a quiet serene atmosphere away from the usual casino noise. But it's location on the Mandalay Bay property means that you are just a few short steps away from restaurants, the casino, shows and more. Definitely recommend it if you want to be away from the crowd but have the usual Vegas experience available at a moments notice.
We have stayed at this property off and on for a number of years but not within the last four or five. From when you arrive, you would never know you are in Vegas. Despite being separately within the Mandalay Bay, you would never really know it. The hotel is quiet and inviting with a wonderful staff, always a smile, always willing to help. Lobby, restaurant, bar and pool on the ground floor and rooms on the 35th-39th floors with a separate elevator from the Mandalay Bay, though there is a casino stop choice on the elevator. Very comfortable room with a view of the Strip, very good breakfasts in the restaurant, small pool with plenty of staff but a shortage of shade for those of us who can no longer be out in the sun. You can also use the giant Mandalay Bay water complex (way too crowded and hectic). Never disappoints!…
Do not book this hotel directly. If you book it somehow, make sure print all you confirmations and emails. Be ready to face cold attitude at check in and in general at reception. We had horrible experience trying to proof that we have a room. Solved ultimately, after embarrassment in front of my guests. Breakfast is like in 2 star basic diner.
Outstanding stay. They have the magic. From luggage assistance in the room, attending to extra care at breakfast, room service promptness, I felt valued. The room was excellent-layout, cleanliness and products available. Looking forward to see you soon.
Fantastic - best hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel was superb, staff were excellent Pool was a quiet, luxurious break from the craziness of Las Vegas Conf room and food were excellent Earlier check in and late check out was available which really helped as my flight out was 9:30pm
We were on a big road trip to/from Yellowstone. We chose to stop in Las Vegas for a few days before the final leg of our trip home. After lots of research (YouTube) and talking to friends, we settled on the Four Seasons. We chose very well! The Four Seasons is like an oasis in the chaos and crowds of Las Vegas. We were greeted by the valet and after I joked my truck needed washing. The valet smiled and said, “we can arrange that for you if you like”. WOW! The lobby is small but tasteful and quiet! I mean no hordes of people standing around. There is comfortable seating. Check in was a breeze and we were escorted around the lobby as our American Express benefits were reviewed and shown to the elevators. We were in a Deluxe King Room (room 38134) at the very end of the hallway. We had pre-requested (via AMEX Travel) a fan and extra pillows which were already in the room. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom huge. We were leaving the room one evening and housekeeping greeted us by name in the hallway!! Service at the Four Seasons was top notch the whole stay. We rented a cabana (in advance) and spent our day in the heat/sun of Las Vegas in mid-August. We had great service with ice cream and water all day. We found the pool to be a tad warm and learned it was heated to 82 degrees. We used the back gate and headed over to the Mandalay Bay to try out the wave pool and found out their pool wasn’t heated and was quite refreshing. However, going back to my earlier comment, the Mandalay Bay pools was pure chaos and NOT the calm seclusion we found at the Four Seasons pool. With American Express we enjoyed free breakfast and a $100 spa credit. We didn’t hesitate to book pedicures at the Spa. Our Nail Technicians (Catherine and Jola) were fabulous! So much fun to talk to and we hated to leave! We believe we got the best pedicure we have ever gotten! Thanks Ladies! Bottom Line: Excellent Service and a gorgeous property - we won’t hesitate to return to the Four Seasons Las Vegas!!…
This hotel provides an elegant sanctuary from the Vegas chaos. Of course the chaos we love is only steps away, so this provides the perfect balance for a great experience. I have stayed here numerous times and the staff create a flawless experience each, and every time.
A quick recap of my stay at the FourSeasons Las Vegas: I was fed greasy-spoon food, hassled by pool staff and driven from the lobby bar by loud & boorish patrons unchecked by Four Seasons employees. To call this hotel 5 star is some kind of joke
Classy and sophisticated as always and appreciated retreating here while in Vegas. Four Seasons never disappoints. Particular shoutout to the "Hawaiian mafia" at valet and Elizabeth who personalized my stay for me. Thank you also to the housekeeping staff for installing my fridge abd making sure i had a french press to make my own coffee.
Ankle high water when you took a shower. Complained, but it was never fixed. The Veranda restaurant was really good. The spa service was nice. On the far end of the strip, so had to uber to go anywhere further down.
