I usually stay at this hotel when I'm in Las Vegas and I have always been overwhelmed by their service but this time my experience was different. My arrival experience was fine and the room was satisfactory even though there were a lot of loose hairs in the bathroom. As for the concierge I had called ahead of time to...

Booked a regular king room here specifically because I was looking for a tranquil setting on the strip. The room was well appointed. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Amazing water pressure in shower despite being on 35th floor. L'occitane soaps were a nice touch as well. The pool was crowded, but we were able to get good...

One would think 37 floors up would be tranquil, but not here- as I lay trying to relax to the incessant base and ruckus of some pool side concert going on. Called the front desk to be informed this debacle would be going on till midnight. Certainly not what was expected of a hotel that boasts its tranquility!

We stayed here April 11-14. The room was nice, suite 1000 sq one bedroom with 2 queens. I gave each of my boys (12 and 14) a bed and my daughter and I slept on the sofa couch. Couch was AWFUL, beware. Room is nicely appointed and spacious. Went to pool on a wednesday around 1pm and no chairs to...

We loved staying at the Four Seasons. The common areas and hotel room are all beautiful and maintained beautifully. Staff were uniformly terrific. The hotel is a haven from the hectic atmosphere of the other, bigger hotels. it was a pleasure to return to the Four Seasons after visiting other areas.

We've stayed at this property since it was opened about 18 years ago, it's always been solid. This trip was for my birthday, we reached out to the hotel for some help to arrange multiple rooms and something special. We had amazing days by the pool in cabanas, hosted our friends in our room before dinner and ended our night...

My wife and I visited the Four Seasons Las Vegas for Easter weekend 2017. We had stayed here before, but it has been a few years as we have recently been more impressed with The Mandarin Oriental at City Center. On this occasion, we elected to give our former favorite a new try. Our disappointment started at the front desk....

Fantastic room albeit a base room with an unimpressive view. Still it was immaculately clean and remained that way throughout - great service by the staff. We caught the mini bar service person early on and asked for ice, never had to ask again, was refilled every day. Staff throughout the hotel were eager to please and typically walked at...
