No surprises here. Check in was quick. Room was nicely apportioned. Had room overlooking the fountains. It was cool to watch the show from the room. Air conditioner was pretty weak and failed to get the room temp below 72 resulting in the 4 stars.

I play alot of poker, and have been all over the country. This is one of the best poker rooms I've been to. Dealers are top notch, and good action/game selection for Vegas. The one downside is the food options. Starbucks was the cheapest option, and a latte, with 2 breakfast sandwiches was $25.

As other reviewers say: the public spaces are stunning. The rooms and restaurants are ordinary. Food prices are absurd. I felt nickled and dimed for our 6 day visit. A bottle of water: $9.50. A fruit cup at the carryout coffee shop: $10. The room is okay but not special with ordinary decor and ordinary bedding; bathroom is large with...

I've stayed at the Bellagio at least 20 times..maybe more. I've seen what used to be a grand resort turn into an obvious cost-cutting destination . If you're new to this property, you may be somewhat impressed. But the rooms have become very "tired" and the decline in service has become very obvious . A decent place to gamble but...

As my title suggests this was our second visit to the Bellagio from the uk ( our 3rd stay in Vegas) I fell in love with the fountains the minute I saw them so both times we have stayed we have made sure we had a fountain view room. This time we booked 6 nights in a Tower Fountain View...

Even if you are not staying at the Bellagio you should not miss strolling through this beautiful hotel. The large atrium is always filled with beautiful flowers and plants which are changed with the seasons. The Bellagio also boasts an art gallery which features interesting retrospectives such as Andy Warhol and Picasso. The toney shops are fun for window shopping...

I wish I had remembered to get the name of the woman who checked my husband and I in last week. She went above and beyond to get us into our room with a great view . We have stayed at the Bellagio many times in the past and yes it can be crowded, but the services and the staff...

The cost of water says it all. Eight bucks for a small bottle of water from the rooms mini bar. So we pay 350 a night for a room and then they want 8 bucks for a small bottle of water. To save a dollar, we could go to the hotel vending machine down the hallway and pay 7 US...

I always wanted to stay at the Bellagio for as long as I can remember. The hotel is okay but not as wonderful as I had always imagined it would be. The rooms are comfortable but very tired. Amenities are few. Hallways need update. I would compare this hotel to perhaps the Monte Carlo. There was a time I would...

The restaurant in the Gardens has great lunches. Service good. Food great. The gift shops are nice. The Gardens every time we have visited are beyond beautiful. Take your cameras! Casino is great, not smoky, and not dark. This is one of the nicest hotels. A great place to mingle outside, inside, at the beautiful pool. Location ideal.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Inspired by the beautiful villages of Europe, AAA Five Diamond Bellagio overlooks a Mediterranean-blue lake in which fountains perform a magnificent ballet choreographed to music and lights. The lobby is, in a word, grand, both in scale and in design. Above the 18-foot ceiling is a coffer filled with the most extraordinary glass masterpiece, Fiori di Como, created by glass sculptor Dale Chihuly, whose work has been exhibited in every major museum in the world. At Bellagio, elegantly appointed accommodations pair modern conveniences with the warmth of home, featuring sweeping vistas of the resort's lake, surrounding mountains and Las Vegas skyline. Discerning guests who book a Penthouse suite are invited to indulge in the luxurious Chairman's Lounge which offers a private registration and concierge experience. Bellagio's restaurants run the gamut from gourmet Five Diamond to casual dining. Food lovers no longer have to go to Paris or New York for the best culinary experiences. Bellagio features a Michelin two star restaurant (Picasso), two Michelin one star restaurants (Le Cirque and MICHAEL MINA Bellagio), two AAA Five Diamond restaurants (Picasso and Le Cirque) and a James Beard award-winning restaurant (Picasso). Bellagio also is home to four James Beard award-winning chefs - Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Todd English, Michael Mina and Nevada's first James Beard award recipient, Julian Serrano. Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge led by Chef Akira Back features seasonal fish and ingredients flown in daily from the finest markets around the world. Bellagio is home to an impressive collection of luxury retailers including Hermes, Valentino, Guerlain and OMEGA as well as the resort's retail promenade, Via Bellagio, featuring Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Breguet, Prada, Harry Winston, Chanel, Dior, Fendi and Bottega Veneta. A world-class art gallery showcasing annual museum-caliber exhibitions, the exquisite beauty of the lush Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, Cirque du Soleil's stunning performance of "O," an intimate wedding chapel, luxurious spa and salon, dynamic nightlife of The Bank, Hyde Bellagio, Lily Bar & Lounge and an elegant casino add to the symphony that is Bellagio. ... more   less
