Water is a centerpiece at Bellagio Resort & Casino. More than its iconic water show, there is the underwater story of "O" by Cirque du Soleil, fine dining restaurants, multiple pools, a luxury shopping center, and a casino space worthy of its Italian heritage.

The Bellagio Las Vegas boasts a dynamic atmosphere, with its iconic fountains and seasonal displays consistently captivating guests. While the central location on the Strip is a hit for easy access to attractions, some guests are troubled by noise and crowds. Opinions on the Bellagio's amenities and rooms vary, with certain travelers praising the luxury but many finding the lack of basic conveniences and inconsistent cleanliness a downside.
The service is generally applauded, yet some reviewers warn of service inconsistencies. Despite its grandeur, the steep prices and additional fees have led many to question the hotel's value.

Detailed Reviews
We went for a concert and we stayed in the Wellness Rooms. I had the best night sleep I have ever had at a resort. The bathroom was beyond awesome(walk in shower, dual sinks, lighted mirrors, and a lighted magnifying mirror . The decor was on point with calming color pallette. The bed sheets were so cozy and the bed was superb. It had a nice couch too. The refer was stocked with snacks, soda, alcohol if needed(for a fee). Also, there were room temperature snacks and water available(for a fee). The sheers and drapes were controlled by buttons next to the bed and door made it an ease to open and close. It HD. Nice flat screen t.v. with great quality picture. It also had one robe and two pair of slippers(for a fee) if needed. The best night ever. My husband and I really enjoyed our one night stay. We went home very well rested even after being out late for a concert.❤

My overall experience at staying at Bellagio for my 30th birthday was great. This is my second time staying here, and I had a lot more fun the second time I came here to Vegas. I knew more of the ins and outs of the Vegas casinos coming the second time around. Unfortunately, this happens to a lot of people when they first experience Vegas, but nonetheless after my first experience I was able to plan better and do more out on the strip. I would recommend staying at Bellagio, MGM Grand, or any of the other MGM properties out on the strip, as they are the closest to most of the things you want to experience in Vegas. You’ll also find that the staff there cater good to mostly everyone, but more especially to the high society clients. That being said, the prices at this casino for rooms and the like can be pricey, but you can catch good deals for Vegas in general on Black Friday, or during the winter time. The food at Bellagio is good and you have a great selection to choose from, but be aware of how much you may spend! You might spend $50 one night on dinner, or even $300 depending on what you want. There are plenty of slots to choose from that range from pennys to $15 a spin depending on the denomination. The table games are decent, but I advise against playing 6 to 5 Blackjack as you’re kinda screwing yourself and giving the casino a house edge. The poker room, Bobby’s Room, which is what I primarily came to do in Vegas is one of the best poker spots in Vegas besides Caesars Palace. If you do come to gamble in Vegas, do yourself a favor and sign up for MGM Rewards, which is essentially the players club. Each casino in Vegas will have their own version of this, but all MGM properties in Vegas run off the same rewards program, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. House keeping does come every morning to clean, but you do have the option of doing house keeping every three days if you don’t want them coming every day. I highly recommend this casino in particular because of its central location on the strip, and you also have the Fountains at Bellagio which is one of the free things you can experience out in Vegas. Be sure to check out Fremont street and Mirage volcano! Check-in and check-out here can be done on the MGM mobile app so I recommend this as well to avoid long lines.

This was my first stay at the Bellagio. The room appeared super nice, and every staff person I encountered was kind and helpful and cheerful. There was lots to do and eat inside the casino, so we didn’t have much needed to leave.
Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned very well. There was hair in my sink, in my shower, and on my pillows. I found dried urine on my toilet seat and something resembling coffee splashed on my closet door. I understand that the housekeeping staff are under tremendous pressure to turn over these rooms quickly; but when you pay so much for a room that seems so luxurious, you expect it to be impeccably cleaned. And I have experience in hospitality, cleaning hotel rooms myself, and I know it is possible not to leave hairs and fluids behind.
I wish there had been a second fridge other than just the mini bar fridge, because when I moved a few things out of the way to put my own food and beverages inside the fridge, I got charged for everything that was moved, even though I did not consume it.
I did very much enjoy my time at the pools. I also appreciated the ease of the mobile app, both in checking into my room and getting in and out of the parking lot.
I wish I could highly recommend this hotel; unfortunately, my first impression was tainted by a room that looked fabulous but just didn’t feel clean.

How this property keeps it’s five star rating is absolutely crazy from the front desk to the maintenance this a complete s… show. As it was in November in our penthouse and this trip in May in our rooms were filthy the chairs in these rooms should be thrown out they are that dirty. The shower and the sinks would not drain again the key cards did not work. The room service was delivered in a bag with plastic silverware because the order was not over $100 they would not set you up a proper table with silverware. The room was never vacuumed and you have to insist on getting the sheets changed. Regardless of the tip you leave or the request you make of housekeeping these things are hardly ever done. My sister and son where unable to order service because they were not checked in as far as the Bellagio was concerned even though they had rooms.
I’ve have write and I send these comments to the Bellagio asking them to set some type of protocol after someone checks out to do a 10 minute check of the room to make sure everything works. The sheets are changed the room is vacuumed the shower and toilet drains and flushes. This small little check would save us all a lot of aggravation misery and ruining of all of our small vacations. But why write that into your protocol when no one‘s gonna do it anyway.

Dear Ms. Jordan, It is regrettable to learn about the inconsistencies that occurred with your guestroom, as well as with your in-room dining requests. This is certainly not indicative of our Five Diamond standards for products and services at our resort. Utilizing the information provided within your review - our committed guest experience team was able to locate your reservation details. 1. Shower water pressure was very low. Engineer came up and said that they could not raise it higher because it would spill out. Pressure was so low that it resulted in us being very cold. Please, go take a bath in room 25 48 and see how you like it.
2. There's no room heater, or least ours did not work. Very cold room for the entire stay.
3. Fire alarm or some other alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning waking all of my family up and continued alarming for about 30 minutes. My daughter was crying and none of us could fall back asleep because of it. We were also highly concerned whether it may have been a fire or a shooter or whatever. I HAD to ask in the morning about how your team was going to address it, and only a $45 hotel fee was provided. I shouldn't have to ask, and I feel the inconvenience was WAY more than $45.
4. The hotel was ultra crowded. Much more than other hotels on the strip.
5. We paid for the Fountain view room, but they put us in a lower floor room initially (floor 9) and we had to change rooms the second day to have a "better" view (floor 25). This was an big inconvenience as we have to repack everything and move.
6. No room cleaning on the day before we were leaving, even after we had requested it. We requested it at around 6PM because we found it wasn't cleaned the whole day, and then room service came at 10PM at night, which we were already in bed asleep. This was me up, luckily not my daughter or wife.
I will not be recommending Bellagio to my friends or family and I won't be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Not our best Hotel experience by a country mile...On arrival room had food outside our door and food on our carpet...
On return from breakfast one day ...We found that the room had been cleaned , but the door had been left open and totally insecure.
I immediately called guest services and complained to Ingrid who took our call. After explaining what had happened to my amazement Ingrid suggested WE had left the room door unlocked and ajar…I then explained that we were not magicians but tourists who had left the door secured and locked and the room was in need of cleaning and housekeeping and then when we returned that the door was open and ajar and the room had been made up and fully cleaned and then the persons responsible for the cleaning had not secured the door…Ingrid still was unable to process this thought process and advised me to contact hotel security , which I then did by reporting matters to security….
all I wanted was for someone to accept a mistake and been made and learn from this mistake….The supervisor of housekeeping Kate arrived with a $50 food voucher as an apology , even as I told the guest services I was NOT looking for anything other than an acknowledgement of a problem…
On Saturday 5th February we went out all day from 10am and on return at night our room was not made up and then another complaint to guest services and another $50 voucher and note of apology from housekeeping….On another note twice within Sadelles restaurant in the Bellagio we had to complain re cold food being served at breakfast and yet another free omelette…
All in all not a 5 star hotel or service we had expected on our first visit to Las Vegas…

The Bellagio is a classical beauty to behold. We stayed at the Bellagio for five nights and I am so grateful for the experience. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very attentive our entire visit. The hotel lobby was beautifully kept and the piano playing was very soothing. I was extremely impressed with their displays for the Chinese Lunar New Year; they were elegant and very refined. Our room had a view of the Bellagio Fountains and it was such a treat to enjoy these fountains every night from our window. The room was beautifully kept as well; the shower had great pressure, the robes were very soft, and the beds were maintained very well. It is expensive to gamble and shop at the casino but we had this expectation going into our stay, so we did elect to gamble and shop elsewhere on the strip.
I utilized the Bellagio Spa services and it was a great experience. If you elect to use the spa make sure to remember your swim suit to visit the sauna and whirlpools after your facial or massage as the sauna is great to use as well. We would not hesitate to stay at the Bellagio again, especially after touring the other casino's hotels. Bellagio is simply the best.

We have been going to the bellagio from the first month it opened as a Steve Wynn hotel. In addition to business meetings I’ve conducted, it’s been a family getaway for vacations every year. We love the rooms, the location on the strip, the restaurants are great and diverse enough so we rarely leave the resort. The suites have a steam option which makes the experience of taking a shower incredible. We will never switch hotels!

During our stay, we noticed minor issues with our room. We reported them immediately and the front desk offered to send maintenance to our room that instant. We declined and said it could wait until we checked out since it was minor like just a couple of lights and shower door weatherstripping. Although we didn’t ask for any discounts, the front desk did show their appreciation for our reporting by discounting our room rate. The entire staff was friendly and made us feel welcome and safe. The property does an exceptional job of attention to detail, especially at the main lobby and conservatory. Plus, you can get around to nearby properties by remaining mostly indoors if you either follow the signs or ask hotel staff.

We got married here in 2008 and returned this week for a 6 day stay. We had booked via AMEX Fine Hotel and Resorts and got a great deal with credit and some extra discounts.
Checked in at 1.30 as early check in was included and no high rooms available and no upgrades available (one of the perks), we said we would be happy to wait and then all of a sudden 10 mins later a fountain view room available on the 12th floor which we were grateful for.
We last stayed here in 2014 and the room decor had been updated then and then this stay it had changed again. I personally wasn't keen, lack of closet space, no tub and shower slow, no turndown service anymore, no sanitary sacks in room (not ideal when a lady has her cycle) and nothing even like cotton buds etc, slippers etc. Seemed all the 'extra special touches' have gone. I loved the fountain view though the tv kept cutting out and we had to get a new remote which was annoying.
Room was quiet, we were fortunate to have quiet neighbours but at weekends lots of club noise so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The bed is so comfy and I wish I could have bought it home.
Room wasn't cleaned on the first full day, second day still not cleaned by 4.30pm when we came in for the day to chill out before dinner so rang housekeeping and complained and asked for it to be done and in future earlier on in the day and this then happened. Room was never that clean, lots of thick dust on the skirting boards and could have done with a thorough clean.
Food and drink, we got some credit with our package. Drinks round pool expensive, food not too bad and we enjoyed some nice lunches in the pool cafe. Take your own water, coke, beers in your pool bag as will save a fortune.
Pool- Unless you got in the queue at 8.30-8.40 a.m. you could almost guarantee you would not get a decent lounger in the sun, this was frustrating as it was like being back in Europe. Not like this at other hotels we have stayed in Vegas and if I am honest would put me off staying again as like to have a lay in on holiday.
Staff- friendly in the pool bar and gelatio bar and Susie in the Tutto gift shop was lovely and gave me a drinks voucher as a thnakyou for returning to the hotel as we were talking weddings. Not so friendly in the Baccharat bar, told us too busy to serve people as short staffed and would have to wait 30 mins for a drink so went elsewhere.
We found the hotel and casino to be very busy so didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel.
Drinks are super cheap at Casino Royale, Malibu and Coke and Beer , $10. Malibu alone more than that in Bellagio. Also recommend the bars down the Linq.
I love Bellagio and it has a very special place in my heart but to me the luxury of it is unfortunately no longer there and the Aria is nicer in my opinion, quieter and although it does not have the attractions, it is easier to get round and to get a spot at the pool.
