The good it's affordable, wifi, stove, refrigerator, tv and hot water in the shower all worked. The Bad the bed was uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. The carpet smelled like pee. The closet doors were jacked up. The ugly the neighborhood was really bad, you can hear gun shots police and ambulance sirens outside other tenants...

If for some reason you are stuck staying at The Suites, bring your own remote for the tv. They don't supply them & they don't warn you either. Once you pay, that's it... you get no service!!! The staff is nasty!!! Half the washers don't work & they don't take responsibility for them. There are better places to stay for...

Normal rules don't apply here. Previous managers tried to fill the units with stable retired people. The latest manager has made it clear she is here to make money for the owners. You are here to pay your rent and shut up. Complain or challenge management and you will be forced out. She is very fond of renting one bedroom...

My kids and I are in a transitional period and needed to stay here awhile to save some money for a new home. The staff in the office were nice and accommodating. They even give you a cute little "welcome home" gift pack :) Calls are free local and long distance. Full kitchen, furnished (nothing fancy but comfy and decent...

We have lived here for a few months, and cannot wait to save enough money to move out!! The place is filled with prostitutes and druggies. The office staff was very nice and polite when we moved in. Soon after we settled in to our apartment, they hired a new manager named Penny. She is horrible! She is rude, mean...just...

From 06 to 09, while working in Las Vegas. I had one minor problem with plumbing once. I never saw an insect of any type in my unit. Had a comfortable bed, nice furnishings, and a clean unit. TV/cable always worked. Any of the infrequent maintenance issues that one might expect in a complex such as this were handled immediately....

By the end of the second week stay at the Suite, they called me in the morning to come to the office to sign in for another week. My business was not over so I decided to stay 1 more week and I charged my Chase Visa credit card. Half an hour later I received a family emergency call and...

The staff is so inadequate I wouldnt trust them to hang clothes on hangers at Goodwill. Not to mention the fact that I feared for my life everytime i walked from my room to my car. But oh thank heaven for the $6 an hour armed security, though inbred and incapable of breaking up a fight between schoolchildren. My one...
