I spent 3 days at the Courtyard Las Vegas Convention Center and it was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable and there were certain amenities that I really enjoyed. The room had large flat screen that would easily pivot and allowed a very easy and straightforward design to connect a personal device using an HDMI port. All hotels should have this feature but so many are still lacking in this area. Also, the lobby had multiple workstations with electrical outlets and USB ports.
While the rooms and amenities were terrific, the hotel associates were even better. Upon arrival in the evening, I was greeted by Adolfo who quickly got me checked in and made sure I had everything I needed. I didn't want to go back out so he offered delivery options which was a nice touch. After going to my room, I returned to the lobby for a drink (or two) where Lisa was working that evening. She was super friendly, attentive and kind. She was truly genuine and made me feel very comfortable along with her colleague Kenia who was also fantastic. Adolfo soon came over to the restaurant and all 3 of the team members worked well to attend to the needs of all guests.
Since the staff made me feel so welcome, I returned a couple of times while I was in Vegas. After checking out, I stayed at their sister property next door due to issues at the airport. Although I was no longer staying there, I returned to the Courtyard restaurant because of Lisa, Kenia and Adolfo. I won a small gift from one of the local casinos while I was in town and I was unable to pack it safely to travel home. Based on our conversations, I immediately thought that this is something Lisa might enjoy so I dropped it off at the front desk so they could give it to her when she returned to work. I think it says a lot about the staff and how welcome they made me feel.
I wish I could remember and mention all the team members by name because everyone was great. However, the associates mentioned here truly stood out and made my stay a great one. Kudos to the entire staff.

- Quiet at night
- Pleasant staff
- No resort fee which makes it cheaper than strip casinos
- Check-in and check-out was quick
- Snack area was convenient if you are interested in buying some snacks
- Spacious and clean room
- Loved the sofa in the King size room that you could lay on during the day (instead of the bed)
- Across the street from monorail which is helpful if you are looking for a cheap way to get to the strip if you are willing to walk a bit from monorail stations to your destination. Went on the monorail only once due to the hot weather.

- I like that they had liquid body wash in the shower, but I wish they also had liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink (not a fan of bar soap).

I normally do not write reviews, but I had to mention the outstanding service I received from Evelyn and Jaylene who were working at the bar in the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott Convention Center. I rarely find this younger generation exemplifying proper manners, respect and hospitality nowadays. These two young ladies showed me that there are still those that are able to provide outstanding customer service! They were pleasant and friendly and went out of their way to make sure our experience was exceptional. They ensured that we received the proper food/beverage credit and even provided us with proper silverware when I told them we purchased ice cream from the little food mart next to the front desk. Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas is nowhere near the Strip - as wrongly advertised on some booking sites. It is next to the convention centre and is mainly occupied during conventions. Otherwise, as I experienced, it has low occupancy.
Rooms are good and serviced every day.
Wish they had a buffet breakfast. A limited choice breakfast can be bought a’la carte in the simple canteen-like dining/bar area in front of the reception.
Two bottles of drinking water are provided on your first day - and only one thereafter. There is a water dispenser near the reception where you can fill your bottles.
Stay here if you are attending a convention. If you want a flavour of Vegas, look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience. The restaurant, bar and lobby were staffed with TRUE professionals who made our four day stay absolutely delightful. It’s a $15 Uber ride from the airport and it’s next to the Monorail Station at the Convention Center. So, it’s pretty easy to get around from there. Alternatively, one can easily take the 108 bus to and from the airport for $3, as well as to the Bonneville Transportation Center in old Las Vegas, from which one can walk to the shopping outlets. I am a Marriot Member so I used my points to stay an extra night before a conference. It’s clean and has a standard Courtyard appearance. It was a little noisy from traffic internal and external. I was up, but at 9am the Housekeeping staff flooded the hallway and started knocking on doors even though check out wasn’t until noon. They can't control it as there are signs along the highway indicating that Medical Marijuana could be delivered to ones hotel, but like the streets of Las Vegas; the hallways reeked of it.

With that in mind, our team is ready to address any instances of the policy being broken and I apologize for the odor in the hallways. Furthermore, please know that while our housekeeping team does begin cleaning rooms at 9am, the policy is to refrain from knocking on doors that have their Do Not Disturb sign in place. Marlene saved my day! I had to take an early shuttle and my blow dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk around 330am and had a dryer within 5 minutes!!! I would have had frizzy hair all day lol. I recommend this location because it’s quiet and Ubers are under $20 to the strip or to Fremont.

Lisa, Adolfo, Keemia, and Eve working at the bar could not have been friendlier. I enjoyed chatting with them every night and I enjoyed getting to know them. The location is perfect for anyone attending a conference at the LVCC plus it's quiet without the craziness on the strip. I'll be back!

This was a perfect location for a non-casino stay. It is directly across the street from the monorail. The room was squeaky clean and modern. We parked directly outside the room’s sliding glass door, but the room doors are inside behind security locks. Hot breakfast is cooked to order and cold items like yogurt and fruit were available. Summary: just what we needed.

The staff at the courtyard were phenomenal from check in, amazing housekeeping (Amanda was Awesome) to just about everything. The cleanest hotel the elevator was even squeaky clean and disinfected while we were there. The washer and dryer convienant, pool area kept wonderfully even to the spa like rolled towels. Best of all NO gamboling made for a peaceful LV stay. Located right across the street from the convention. The gentleman worked the front desk each night remembered everyone in our group, felt like coming home nightly like a home away from home. This is a sign of great management when the whole staff happy and genuinely love their job.

This is more a question for their front desk, but I would assume that being so close to other Marriott properties, things like bedding should not be any problem for them to get other types for your stay. These properties are very user friendly and helpful, but please refer your requests to the front desk.

I have never stayed at Harrah’s before, so am unable to provide you an answer. Marriott Courtyard at the Convention Center offers a full bar and both breakfast and dinner in the lobby however and is a wonderful spot!
