So I was driving down the strip around 2:30am & didn't feel like dealing w/resort fee nonsense etc from the big hotels & saw the "Best Value on the Strip" sign under the cool old neon sign & thought I'd give it a try. Big Mistake! The parking lots of the two adjacent properties (Holiday & Holiday House motels) seemed... More

I've stayed here before pretty much knowing what I was getting into... the walls are filthy, carpeting disgusting, bathroom floor rotten and buckling, BUT never saw any bugs, and did get clean linens on the bed. HOWEVER, this time, alleries to insect remains acted up, was itchy all nite, and evenutally woke up with HUGE welts and blisters on hands,... More

Stayed here my first night in town after moving from North Dakota. This place is old and dirty. I would have left if had had more money at the time and they had vacancy so I had to stay. Floor felt like it was about to cave in and the 1970's tv didn't even work.

late arrival....spent about 5 min in the room. Dirty towels and bed sheets. Found 2 bugs in the so called bathroom. TV from the 70*s and a carpet where you would prefer to keep you shoes on. Thankfully the clerk gave us our money back, as he could see the bugs himself. When we left again....saw notice from a public... More

Hands down, worst place ever. Owner is extremely rude and rooms are disgusting; towels covered in black dirt, dead bugs, smells, room made me itch, nasty sheets, dirty floors, etc. The owner wouldn't give me a refund and said she rents it out for 20 minutes at a time. Gross. I went to a real hotel and showered right away.

Dead bug carcasses were everywhere, I had to buy linen because what they had on the bed was obviously filthy, and my car got hit in the parking lot. Plus the person behind the counter gave me an incredibly unwelcomed and uncomfortable feeling.

Located kitty-corner to the Stratosphere, the Fun CIty Motel was a cheap alternative when we decided that we were just too cheap to pay 119 dollars for a suite (looking back, that was a great deal). However, Fun City offered us all the luxury of a 30 year old motel right on the strip. The price was right, the room... More
