We have stayed here several times visiting family in Vegas. Everyone who works here is welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is top notch, location is great for access to Summerlin area. Quick access to freeway, but no freeway noise. We highly recommend.

Hotel's Favourite
Came in early from a long trip to see what time we were allowed to check in. The Manager was there and she was warm and friendly and immediately assured us that we could check-in early. The gentlemen on staff was wonderful as well and started checking to see which rooms were available and cleaned. After all this, we decided to stay one night instead of two as was our original plan. The Manager was again on duty and told us not to worry. We would only be billed for one night. When I turned in my keys and went to make coffee for our long trip, the Manager printed out the receipt so that I was assured that we would only be billed for the one night. She was sweet, amenable and so very helpful. I LOVE Hampton Inns but rarely take the time to do a review. This place was clean, lovely and the staff was amazingly helpful. I will make it my aim to stay here again the next time I visit Las Vegas!!!

We stayed here for 7 days. Clean and updated rooms. There was freeway noise but it wasn't a bother. Our room was right above the pool and it was noisy. But when the pool closed, it was fine. The staff always greeted you whether you were leaving or returning. I would give one more point but had to ask the front desk for fresh towels because housekeeping missed our room two days in a row - at the end of our visit! Also, the breakfast was not up to par. They offer turkey sausages but not bacon or meat sausage. Yet, they offer omelets with cheese but not egg-white omelets. Great coffee, juices and fresh fruit!

To Nadine, Adriana and the corporate Hampton Inn team. Please explain to (potential) customers more about your "100% satisfaction" guarantee and what it might cover. * Making you happy makes us happy. So, if we can make your stay better, talk to any member of our team, and we’ll make sure you’re 100% happy. GUARANTEED™ I made a same-day reservation, which was confirmed, Around 8:15pm on the day of check-in, Adriana called from the Front Desk and left a vmail (this was while I was on my flight, on the taxiway) sharing that "she didn't understand why a reservation was confirmed when there were no rooms available." Picked this up when I noticed it was a call from the hotel (sorry FAA and UA crew). Stressful, to say the least! Landed in LV, drove to the hotel...and after a shift change (after 10pm) was told (apparently) there was no issue and a room was available. Yes, it was an ADA room and wasn't what I booked but better than nothing when it's 100 degrees outside. Brought this matter by both phone and email to Nadine, Front Office Manager. She honestly made no effort to address this matter. Multiple emails and phone calls, no meaningful reply whatsoever. So again I ask, what's the point of a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are not going to back it up? Maybe, other than hoping the BBB or honest reviews won't catch up to you or your staff,, then no one will mind?

Enjoyable stay, good breakfast. friendly staff. My room did have a smell of cigarette which i did not like. Overall a good stay. There was a good bar to get food and drinks you can walk to. There is additional shopping within walking but it is a bit further

I stayed at this hotel for five weeks for an extended business trip, and I must say it was a pleasant stay while I was here. I got a one-bed hotel room, and since the hotel was newly renovated, it made for a comfortable experience while I was here. On top of that, Elizabeth, one of the workers, provided excellent cleaning services. She was accommodating to my hectic schedule, hardworking, and nice. I would consider this hotel again if I were looking for something away from the strip— overall good service during my trip.

We have stayed at this Hampton because it was close to where my wife's mother was in assisted living. Over the last few years they have made many improvements and upgraded the staffing. Freeway noise is the only negative.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Quiet, convenient location, great neighbourhood, close drive to Red Rock Canyon, great assortment for breakfasts and finally very friendly and helpful staff. Let me emphasize just how great the staff are. Not only did they give us a late checkout to make it easier for us but on the way to return our car rental we realized we had forgotten our jackets in the closet in the room. We quickly rerouted back to the hotel. Not only did our Room Cleaning Professional, Marie, put our jackets safely in a bag in the locked closet down at guest services but the desk manager (Audrey or Aubrey?) jumped to action and immediately called the manager, Nancy who literally drove back to the hotel from home to unlock the closet to give us our jackets. Exceptional service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Room was nice and clean. Only thing missing was a bar of soap in the bathroom for washing. Shower was very nice and powerful. Breakfast was nice and hot. The red potatoes seemed to be over steamed to keep them hot as they were somewhat soft. Everything else was great.

Hotel was OK. Clean and close to the highway. They still are operating in a Covid approach where your room will not be cleaned every day unless you request it. I was OK with that. We stayed for 5 days and chose to not have our rooms cleaned except for towel change. What really ticked me off though was that I requested a late checkout. I was scheduled for a red eye and I am a diamond member. I requested a 4pm checkout. The hotel was not fully booked (I checked on hilton.com) and my request was denied. I fully understand if the hotel is fully booked, but, in this case, it was probaby 50-60% full. To me, that's unacceptable. Services are already cut back. The least you can do for a diamond member is to allow for a 4pm checkout. I am also a Marriott Ambassador member and 4pm checkouts are guaranteed as long as the hotel is not sold out. This is no way to treat a Diamond member - or any guest that is spending 5 nights at your hotel with limited amenities.
