Just came back from my trip. I had two different rooms and both were not clean. The first was a upgraded room but the bathroom floor was filthy and there was an open soap left on the countertop. Both room has dirty counter tops

Hotel's Favourite
Our 1st stay here. The price was great first of all. Right in the center of the strip across from Caesar’s. The casino outside of being smoky from constant cigarettes was a nice place to gamble, slots or whatever you like to play. Clean and well maintained. A few restaurants inside, coffee place etc. Also restaurants and coffee places on the outside of the hotel. The 21 and older pool was a hit with our family seeing we have no youngsters any longer. They had food and drinks and a DJ with good music later in the morning early afternoon. The pool itself was beautiful and big. Waterfalls etc. definitely something the family loved. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was a nice room very clean and updated. I recommend this place if you want the bang for your Buck. Room service was so polite and great. Check was easy and check out we actually did through the room TV. Thanks for a great stay.

Room Tip: Vegas is busy so I recommend getting an Uber or taxi to get you from and back to the airport....

We stayed at the Flamingo because it was a part of the wedding package of a grandson. Check-in was a nightmare, and when we got to the room it was a disappointment for the price of over $300/night. The list of problems: no shower curtain, bathroom sink drained VERY slowly, bathroom door was damaged and unsightly, the hanger on the bathroom door was ready to fall off, the bathroom air vent grill was filthy, the room was short on outlets for 4 electronics, a hearing aid charger, and lighted mirror, and the switch on 1 lamp was broken (this was replaced).

The room was very cheap (we spent more on a pool daybed for a day than for our entire stay) which was great, but the room/hotel amenities were lacking. It was not clean: there were items left from the last guest under the night stand and there was so much dust on the closet shelf that it started piling up when I dragged my finger across it. The amenities were off: there was no body wash in the shower dispenser, the hair dryer was not working and I was told they didn't have another working one in the entire hotel, the ice machine on our floor was out of order and they couldn't even bring me a bucket of ice instead because they still did not have room service. The buffet was also not open (but I knew this before hand). I found the casino to be a bit boring/quiet, but I didn't get to go in many others to check if this was just the way Vegas is now. I would probably try staying again at a later date hoping that things would improve as the world opened up again, but this was not a good first impression.

My Wife and I stayed at the Las Vegas Flamingo Hotel for one week in September 2022. We’re in line for over two hours to check in while people struggled with their automatic checking kiosks that do not work because they are complicated and unfriendly. Took four days to have out phone fixed and a replacement desk lamp which never happened. Other than a fast food outlet, there is no decent place to heat in the hotel. Charged us $42.20 per day for a resort fee which provided us with absolutely nothing except Wi-Fi service which is absolute since most people now have a data plan. Believe me , it’s a jungle, stay away!!!

Couldn’t wait to get here after the pandemic and are having a wonderful time. Housekeeping have been absolutely fab and we have enjoyed superb gambling and quick snacks from the food court here. Luckily short check in queue on arrival and all interaction with staff has been brilliant- so helpful and a delight as always in America. Thanks guys - we’ll be seeing you again as soon as we can. A couple of maintenance issues with the room knocked a star out of the rating, but we’re too busy playing out to be bothered having them attended to.

Arrived at 2am, none of the check-in machines worked. All of the staff on floor did a horrible job to help customer understand the process. Didn’t get the room I paid for. Door lock battery died. Etc.,

I stayed in the Flamingo Room and had a great experience. Express check in and out was very efficient. It definitely isn’t a super fancy hotel, but it’s comfortable and clean and an excellent location on the strip. The Go Pool 21+ was amazing and we spent a lot of time in it! Very friendly staff and some good restaurant choices as well. The only small complaint is wifi wasn’t super fast in our room. Also, FYI when getting a shower the hot and cold nozzle were reverse but we figured it out quickly and was a minor hiccup :)

Hotels needs updates, carpets are dirty not good restaurants just fast food, not please at all. I though my room had a view and when I got there what I had as a view was a wall from a tall building, The room was good and very clean. Over all my experience is not the best too many days.

Love the updated room and all of the pink/flamingo accents. It is a little lacking in activities and decor, but it’s cheap compared to other places on the strip so it’s worth the price. The staff work very hard to keep the place running efficiently and to keep it clean.
