First, my stay was pleasant., However, compared to other hotels I have experienced, this hotel could use a freshening. The lobby is lovely and there are some really nice restaurants but it just seemed like it lacked sparkle. My room was spacious and tidy but...More
We used precious rewards points to book one night at the MGM Grand. We were assigned to the West Wing.......the corridors are so dark and unappealing - seems like a prison hallway. The room was VERY small, almost no counter space in the "bathroom" ,...More
I stayed at the MGM for one night. I do not have anything extremely bad to say about the MGM, I just found it dated and not as clean/maintained as other hotels of the same cost! MGM is not cheap in comparison to some of...More

Booking this hotel was a nightmare from the beginning. I hate leaving one star because it doesn’t even deserve that. My husband surprised me for my 40th birthday with a room that was up to 6 people. And the Marquee Suite. The website prior to...More

I would Google if there is a CEO of the chain of hotels and email him/her.I have done this previously with some success - it is frustrating when a complaint is not taken seriously at the time! I would also review the hotel as truthfully as you can on TripAdvisor. Having said that I never really got a resolution from MGM. Sometimes you have to put it down to experience and let it go. Just make sure you tell your friends not to go there if use that chain because of what happened to you. After a bad experience you don't really want a free weekend back at the hotel that caused you angst! Good Luck.
It opens at 9am in May, but beware that MGM reserves the right to rent out and close their pools for private parties. That happened this past week to us and everyone was forced to cram into the Lazy River
