First time for us at the Palace Station. I cannot say enough good things about Adrian, who checked us in at the hotel. She was upbeat, very friendly and told us the rooms we had. The hotel sent me a request, to upgrade my room to a suite.. I was able to get one, but had to give it up,...

I was surprised the location is not ideal but Customer Service is impeccable! Jun at the front desk was extremely helpful as was Theresa the front desk manager. House Keeping as well called to see if I needing anything else!! One suggestion if you are booked in the Courtyard do not stay on the first or 2nd floor it's nosy.

The Palace Station Hotel and Casino is known as the "local's casino" because it is truly one of those come as you are casinos....just don't expect to win much......they have only 2 or 3 table games....maybe 4 during the busy season, and the rest of the landscape is covered with slot machines that any Indian owned and operated casino has...nothing...

Found a good deal through hotwire and took the kids for three nights at the Palace Station. We were worried by some of the reviews we saw online, but we ended up having a great time. Our connecting rooms were comfortable. The casino's buffet was decent. The exercise room was about the size of my hotel room, but had a...

Stayed here on a great rate less than $25, or so I thought. Upon arrival, a $14.99 resort fee was added. I was staying in a "courtyard room". To get to my room, I had to walk out doors past trash and a loading dock (which all smelled), and then climb the stairs to my second floor room. The pool...

Palace Station Hotel and Casino - sucks!!!! There rooms smell like sewer, they charge a daily reservation in addition to the cost of your room. They don't tell you about this charge until you check out and it is toooooo lateeeee. The staff is nice, casino ok, but the rooms were horrible and not worth the price. I would never...

I travel to Vegas on a regular basis and usually stay on the strip but this time I thought I would give this place a try. Never again. We had booked a room in the courtyard as it sounded very nice but we were not told that our room would be just a few feet from a loading dock. All...

We didn't want to pay the high cost of hotel rooms on the strip and decided to try this place. It was great and will stay here again. The rooms were clean, bed great, food great, and we felt very safe. The people that work there are amazing!! The location was easy to find and it was easy to get...

A non-profit group I am a member of planned their regional conference at the Palace Station. The rooms were wonderful, including the handicapped rooms. I heard nothing but rave reviews for the hotel, restaurants and the conference rooms. The hotel convention staff worked with us to make this a wonderful event. All employees were cordial and capable.
