Rooms were ok. Most of the amenities were closed. I left a few necklaces in my room,in the rush to check out. They were never turned in! I called a few times and there was little to no concern from the Polo Towers Security staff. We are Diamond owners and we're let down. Better luck next time?

You will have the best accommodations at this location. Really close to strip. The pool is closed for winter but has a playground for kids and a super nice fitness center and spa area. The service is worth its weight in gold and access to everything and FRIENDLY SHINNING Faces for service staff ! Love it!

The concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. They not only helped us with our accommodations but often checked in with us to see how things were going. Very family like rapport with them. Made us feel very comfortable. Maybe some complimentary water bottles in the fridge. A few more packets of sugar. All in all everything was great. Thank...

I stayed here before and knew I would like it and I did. The Polo Towers is in the center of everything. It has a roof-top pool which I enjoyed a couple of days. I went with my classmates to dinner at Carmines and to the Kush Art Gallery both are inside of Caesars.

The complex is located very conveniently on the strip. It is walking distance to MGM, Planet Hollywood, the Flamingo Hilton and adjacent casinos. Access by car is relatively easy although underground parking is limited. There is a large outside parking lot which can get very hot in the summer. Facilities are okay, but not luxury. Beds are nice, with ample...

We are not big gamblers so we were glad to not have to walk through a smoke-filled area to get to our room like you would in the hotels that are part of a casino. They have really nice rooms and the workout/fitness area was great!

Went to Las Vegas to see Celine Dion at Caesars palace . This hotel was within walking distance to the show and plenty of restaurants and of course casinos. The hotel is nice, clean, staff was great. Security was very good. Has valet parking that is great.

This was our second visit to the Polo Towers. The last time we were in a suite and really enjoyed it. This time we were in one of the efficiency units. I would not call it an efficiency - that gives you the idea that there will be all of the benefits of a timeshare unit on a one room...

I have owned a timeshare week at Polo Towers for 19 years, the two bedroom suite is very comfortable, and my wife and I enjoy our visits to Las Vegas and Polo Towers. As a vacation option, I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing any time share as each year the annual maintenance fee rises, and you can find better value for...
