Upon check in, the clerk, while not rude, was just "going through the motions" with no smile or pleasantries. When I smiled and mentioned that we lived in the Las Vegas area but it was our anniversary and we were attending a concert there & staying over and would really appreciate a nice room: We got a dry "I'll see...

Some grouchy some happy workers. I was not impressed with this stay at all. The check in person bordered on rude as did the valet. One nice lady helped me get a boring pass card. I would not stay here again in the future.

This is a classic old style vegas off strip casino. That means that it isn't as glamorous as the strip but does have some charms of its own. Positives: easy to find low limit table games, free lounge entertainment, and reasonably priced drinks if you choose to buy them rather than gamble. Negatives: the clientele is positively geriatric, the mood...

It really comes down to what you pay for what you get. As in Vegas and many other places the pricing is very dynamic depending on the day. First, to be honest, the rooms can only be described as shabby (but clean actually). That is "fair" at one price point and outrageous at one 3x higher, as I paid both...

I stayed here for a business trip. From the outside I figured it would be kind of sketchy. The decor was older, there were lots of smokers in the casino, but everyone I encountered there was super nice, helpful, and friendly.

So several times a year I come to Las Vegas for work. Each time we stay at this hotel. There are lots of choices for eating and other activities to do... theater, bowling, kids play areas and of course, the casino. I really like the soft mattress' and the deluxe bedding and the rooms are very spacious

I am a non-smoker. I like going to the Santa Fe Casino.Lately it has been so smokey , it will hurt your eyes. The smoke generates from the sports book section of the casino.Travels to the buffet and surrounding areas. The new state of the art bingo room smells like smoke. They have a smoking section ,which is glassed off.But they leave the...

Stay here several times for business and occasionally just to have a night or weekend away. Rooms are spacious and for the most part, clean. I did have a dirty room the last time here but that was a one-time thing for the most part. However, the internet would not stay connected and multiple times I tried, even calling the...

This hotel is full of convenience at a great price however their customer service is absolutely horrible! The front desk staff, AKA Monica is about one of the worst individuals I have dealt with at a hotel. Keep in mind I travel for a living. Needless to say improvements are needed.
