We had the pleasure of staying in this boutique hotel during our last Vegas trip. Staff was personable and efficient. Convenient location with many eateries, coffee, and convenience stores within walking distance. Our suite was updated, mattress was extremely comfortable, and cleaning staff did a stellar job. The pool and cabanas were just what we needed to escape from the desert heat. We will definitely be staying here again!!

I travel to Vegas once or twice a year and this place is quickly becoming a favorite. I really like the large rooms and love having a sliding door to open for fresh air, bird songs in the morning and the view of the "serene" courtyard with its palms. It's so much better than walking miles through a casino to a claustrophobic sealed room. There is a convenience store close by with sometimes sketchy people hanging around, but if you're at all street smart, it shouldn't be a problem. There's a steady stream of tourists walking between here, Virgin and other hotels to the strip. I'm pleased that the management deters parties, noise in the public areas and has locked down access points where people could be let in anonymously. My only complaint is that there is no seating on the balconies. I'd have been happy with a $5 resin chair.

Very disappointed.. This hotel the pictures are not as advertised. There is no amenities to use when we were there. You are treated like a prisoner In a far off country jail . If you like putting your suitcase on the Floor this is a place for you! We were 2 friends meeting up from different sides of the world . Between the 2 of us we had 4 hangers. No dresser no place to set suitcase.. And only one chair to sit on. The staff seem to try to try to accommodate although they have very little to work with.. Shout out to Jackie And Frank they did their best.

This began with you are not allowed to gather, party, smoke anywhere except parking lot, or BBQ. I felt like I had just visited with a probation officer. This was a complete joke and management couldn't expect to have any other review than this kind. My motorcycle club had a group stay there over the weekend. Unsafe because the gates where bolted shut and the entry gate didn't work and was easily snatched open. Sad all the way around, skid row...

The crackheads are mingling everywhere. Not safe. I cleaned the bathroom myself. Management was not helpful. Went and bought bedsheets. My door would not lock the 1st night until maintenances came the next day. The staff told me a lot of swingers stay there. DO NOT! You will be pissed!

So apparently it’s funny in Micheal’s opinion that the RESERVATION I made and the deposit I am patiently 15 days later waiting for is in my correct email address- but he lied saying the itinerary is spelled with a ERICA - yet with proof here in these photos- it was sent to the proper email and he lied to save his ass- proof is in the pudding you simply had to email th e correct information back to the EXACT email but chose instead to lie- a no good employee- Used to love this hotel- but the staff is uneducated and Micheal should not be in any customer service related occupation

If I could give a lesser rating I would. Please, find somewhere else to stay. The picture(s) online and how it actually looks are totally different. They boast room renovation but they definitely dropped the ball on that. I called prior to arriving to inquire about getting one of the 'new' rooms (which there were only about 6/8 of them) for my week stay, front desk told me to just ask for the 'upgrade' when I arrive that there will be some available when I check in. First!, BE AWARE there is a $200 cash only 'deposit' that you have to pay. Totally didn't know about that .. 'it's in the fine print' I was told ..that is Not fine print information, that needs to be disclosed upfront. Over the course of my stay I had to move twice. First (renovated) room I couldn't open the door, it was literally stuck closed, went back to front desk and came back with security and he couldn't open it either(Wow, really). Re-assigned to the room across the hall(rm #2), the door looked like someone tried to break in - noticeable damage to the molding; additionally the bathroom door looked very similar. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to call for some, and the final touch, it had an iron but no iron board (thank goodness didn't have to iron anything for work the next day). 3rd room (moved the next day) seemed okay, until I tried to turn on the tv .. another call to front desk .. the cables were missing to connect the tv. Completely unacceptable and I was stuck there. At end of stay manager would only comp one day of service fees which totaled $28.35. I had to stay in a room with a damaged door and that's all you can do?. As far as I'm concerned this place is garbage. Glad I took pictures.

This hotel looks entirely different than the pictures you see online. The staff is rude. There were two instances where one of the "managers" was ARGUING with customers. They are extremely dishonest with their deposit policy and they do not clean their rooms very well. We kept having to ask and ask for things we needed in our room. And NO MICROWAVE ON PREMISE. The location was really nice though. But I'll never ever stay here again. Over-priced but not nice.

We had our hidden (you would have to dig to find) $800 tablet stollen with the charger from our room!! It went missing between 9:45 pm and 2 am Saturday night! When asked housekeeper, front desk and housekeeper manager everyone had no idea? I have stayed in Vegas thousands of times and never had this happen. They said there is nothing they could do. This hotel is not secure. The safe was not large enough to fit it, therefore hidden out of site.
