The absolute worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. Thankfully it was only a few hours. I booked a different hotel originally and the company switched it as it was no longer available. Boarded up graffiti buildings surround the hotel. (Should be your first sign). Dried vomit in parking lot upon arrival was still there when we left. Sheets and towels had makeup or something black on them. Room reeks of dog pee, but it might be from the mold in the ceiling. No remote for tv, every surface was filthy including walls and light switches (really wish I took more pics as these don’t do it justice). bathtub drain stopper didn’t work. Broken glass on tv stand. Multiple light bulbs missing. Hole punched and poorly patched in door. Something brown smeared on the bathroom wall
The only reason this is not a two-star rating is the great customer service provided by an agent names Arlet. The hotel is not great. 5 lights were out when we checked in and other problems. the pool was clean, but the staff is surprisingly friendly. I personally didn't think I would ever be interested in going back, but if they are capable enough to hire wonderful, and professional employees like Arlet, I believe they can improve their general services. I will go back there in a few months when I have to attend some meeting. I belive they will be better.
Not the best location. Rock hard beds and pillows, very limited towels and Toiletries full size bed, cold room very thin bedding. Many of the electrical not working. Drunks at 2 am trying to enter then we were called by front desk at 3 am asking our name that we were given wrong room. Room service listed, but lobby restaurant said cannot bring to room. Only positive about this place was no line to check in.
The bed is on wheels and when I sat back against the headboard the bed would start to slowly roll away from the wall. The a/c unit was on auto and literally turned on in about four to five minute intervals, and would shut off within two minutes. It was annoying and weird. Phone in room did not work although it was plugged into the wall. Had to utilize my cell to communicate with from desk. Staff was very kind, pleasant and helpful.
This is absolutely the WORST place I’ve ever stayed. The price was definitely NOT worth the dump of a hotel this is. Toilet is constantly plugged, room is dirty, the outlet behind my bed didn’t work so I had to plug in my phone across the room. The room smelled like stale smoke and urine. I wanted to get a refund and go somewhere else but the PBR was here and so the other places were extremely expensive. I will gladly bid this hotel goodbye tomorrow!
The property is in the old section of town. There are lots of homeless people and unsavory- looking characters around. The property itself has seen better days. But it’s to be expected for the price. There are 2 negative facts I want to share. I stayed there 10/4 in room 102. There’s a bad patch job on the ceiling of the bathroom above the toilet. Water comes through the ceiling whenever someone flushes the toilet in the room above! The other issue is minor. Although there’s a coffee maker in the room, disposable cups were not provided. Not even in the bathroom. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer were present. Soap and shampoo are of good quality. Air conditioner worked well.
We booked because the pictures on line looked decent but when we arrived i realized i made a huge mistake..... the front dest lady was very nice and helpful... we cancelled our reservation and stayed somewhere else
This is such a lovely hotel...💖💖💖 A pleasant surprise from the rest of Vegas...💖💖💖 Quiet, clean, and a close to both the Strip and the Fremont Street Experience downtown...💖💖💖 Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful...💖💖💖 Loved my stay and will be sure to come back again...💖💖💖
We booked this old Howard Johnson hotel because we extended our trip for a day. The original quote was $65 with no resort fee. We were charged $96. A total RIP off but at 7:00 on Saturday night we had no choice. Bed was lumpy. No tissues In a very seedy neighborhood full of strip clubs, pawn shops and prostitutes. We will not be back.
This hotel was surprising at times Good: The cuban restaurant is amazing downstairs Balconies are huge Outside of the downtown area (On the same street as the strip) Free Parking Outdoor Pool Vending machines for snacks Bad WIFI is horrible Ceiling fan is dusty Room looks ancient Not walking distance to strip Bus route is not infront, but across the street, ask for details
