Very clean room, good small fridge, with 2 small bottled waters, just across the street from Fremont, but enough away not to hear the noise. Quick responsive housekeeping. Quick reasonably priced food at McDonalds inside if you're in a hurry, as well as Subway and a small Mexican food place. Has a couple of much better restaurants too, if you have time. The AC/heater fan does run constantly, but the controls are easy and work like a charm. The place is dated, but more than adequate. The soda machine on my floor did not work properly. Ice machine did. Gambling area pretty smoky, like every place on Fremont. I've seen worse for that. Easy access for cabs and ride shares right in front. If on a restrictive budget, I would go here again for sure.

Con : Stayd at the North Tower. Very very old hotel. Bathroom very small, barely fits one person. Room was spacious but very run down. Furniture very old. Pro : Right across the street from Freemont experience, walking distance.

It took 15 minutes from when Valet took our luggage to us checking in, to my bag & my daughter stuff animal to go missing. After hours of our belongings gone missing, someone randomly found our stuff in the "lost & found" it was just horrible . The jacuzzi was super cold and they closed the pool area at 5 which was a little disappointing for others. Our bathroom was just as bad. Literally no space to do much. Overall we had to make the best of our stay in Vegas .

Bed was ok at best. Person at check in wasn’t very good. Super slow and didn’t speak clearly. Slots were very tight, never got a head. Had way better luck at Circa and Golden Gate. A lot of homeless hanging around the casino was a turn off.

The rooms were nicely renovated. Very clean and comfortable. So convenient to Fremont Street. We enjoyed breakfast at the Hash House. We would definately stay at the Plaza again. My husband enjoyed the band at the Sand Dollar Bar.

Just dirty. Dirty towels left in our room when we checked in. Terrible ventilation, and you could hear everything in the rooms next door. Plus it’s just more fun to actually be on freemont. Also bad pillows haha. Free parking is nice tho

Great stay! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of choices to eat and drink and they're all good! I would gladly stay here again and tell everyone what a convenient location it is to get the most out of Fremont Street. Definitely plan dinner at Oscars one evening, you won't be disappointed.

When I checked in the lady helping me had a serious "I hate my job" vibe, the way she talked to us was ridiculous and I ended up with a non-smoking room when I specifically asked for a smoking room. Then when I get to the room I didn't want the damn TV was busted too and just kind of spun around wherever it wanted.

This is our 5th stay at the Plaza Hotel in the last two years. It has become our go to casino. We get a few days comped and truly enjoy this property. Room was large and comfy. Toilet area is small. Don't care for the pump soap (not refiled after 2 requests) in the bathroom/shower area. And the lotion doesn't do any good. Miss real soap. Our only complaints or would have been 5 stars. Breakfast at Hash House is great, coffee station is very good too. Coffee at the bar was very good. All the bartenders took very good care of us. The servers were around often and were kind (don't see that often). Made it to Oscars for they happy hour, not cheap but fun . We skipped dinner that night. We love staying downtown and this location is perfect. You don't get the Fremont Street noise even though your right next to it. They have single zero Roulet, but not open much during the week. Hope to be back in a couple of months.
