I stayed in room 304 on the night of August 12. Upon returning to the room after attending a concert nearby, I discovered that the bath and shower were non- functioning, not enough water to fill a Vegas shot glass. It was late, so I asked for maintenance in the morning. Nobody came before check-out. Management offered free parking for my troubles. Really? I'd prefer to bathe and pay for parking. I was told another manager would call me before my card was charged. Nobody called, but within 2 hours my card was charged in full for the room and the parking! I was never offered another room to shower in. Only parking and some points. Really? Hilton Honors STINKS. I have never been treated so poorly. I wanted to like the hotel, but not showering apparently effects my mood.…
Considering all of the COVID-related issues the hotel staff was amazing when it came to doing its best to make our stay a good one. The breakfast buffet was not available, but a hot breakfast was and it was decent. There was a large convention at the hotel and the service was still outstanding. When I asked to locate an ice machine I was given a good-size bag of ice which I thought was a nice touch. The room was quiet and the AC worked as designed. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we were quite pleased with our stay, particularly so with the front desk team that always did all it could to make us feel welcomed. Easy parking access, but it has the Hilton properties price gouging tag. Still, I can highly recommend this property for families
Staying here with family very welcome check in and fantastic bar service with Mel who looked after us. Had a lovely suite spotless and very clean. Only criticism the sunbeds round the pool were dirty and needed updated. Only three umbrellas at the pool which is definitely not enough in the Las Vegas heat. Lovely staff and would stay again
It had been a while since we were able to visit our Las Vegas family so we planned our trip to coincide with our anniversary and the 4th of July. Family all live out in Summerlin, but we wanted to be closer to the strip too. The Embassy Suites was the perfect location. Easy to get out to Summerlin and we could walk to the strip. An extra bonus was how close it was to UNLV. We walked through the campus daily for exercise and really enjoyed it.
average compared to other hotels I have stayed in customer service needs to improve especially in the bar area, also I was told housekeeping will be daily they never showed up to my room and some areas needed attention
Great bartender and cook at evening reception we’re great! The pool looked nice. The breakfast had a huge assortment of items to eat. Convenient to strip and airport. My only complaint would be the beds are double beds not queen size. Also our bathroom needed renovations but all worked fine. All and All we would come back to this hotel. Great service and food/drink!
This Embassy Suites is located by the University across from the Virgin Hotel. I was a bit nervous when we drove in and a jet was flying low overhead as it was preparing to land; however, once inside you could not hear the roar of the jets at all. In fact, the rooms were very quiet. It had the standard setup of all Embassy Suites I have stayed at...the bedroom with a separate living area. Very convenient . There were also many restaurants within a block of the hotel. The Virgin Hotel and Casino was across the street. That being said, I’m not so sure of the safety if walking at night as there are not many people around. During the day it felt fine walking to the casino or restaurants. A shuttle bus to the strip would have been nice, but they did not have one. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the two staffers manning the omelette station did a great job. They had two complementary drinks per person of wine, beer (bud only), and we’ll drinks. They did not have any snacks to go with the drinks as we have experienced in other Embassy Suites. This may be due to Covid restrictions. This was a good stay and I would stay here again when in town for a conference.…
The service and friendliness of the hotel staff was amazing. The cleanliness of this hotel was refreshing. The environment for meetings and events was very conducive for learning. The morning breakfast was delicious. This hotel is a great place for lodging for business related events or personal as well.
Thank you so much and i would like to come back thanks and everything was so cool the rooms are very clean and the food was so good the pool was very cool two and we really liked it and the hot tub two we liked everything that’s our favorite hotel in Las Vegas.
Although I’m glad to see the hospitality hour back, we were so disappointed in our stay in Las Vegas. I acknowledge that they had many signs in the parking lot warning against leaving items in the car, and I should have known better. However, we got in late and planned to leave early, and left my computer bag. When we got our in the morning, it was missing, along with a number of other items we are just discovering. The signs of course mean they aren’t liable, but if it is an expectation that the parking lot is unsafe, I would expect valet parking, a gate, or at the least cameras. The management was not concerned in the least, and beyond saying they would let housekeeping know, that’s all I got from them. Very angry and disappointed- in myself as much as the hotel. But we won’t be back. (And we pass through monthly). …
