Little disappointed with the room. IT was quite clean but NO mini fridge and NO microwave which I thought was very uncommon!! Like just about every other hotel the pillows are terribly too soft and flat, but what made it worse was the fact that they didn’t even have cases on them!!, just inside out zippered covers! Asked for extras and was told “only 1 per room” WTH?? Guess we’ll have to start packing our own pillows 🙄 The place seemed ‘old and outdated’ and the bed linens were a bit tattered too.

We had not been to the Tropicana since Covid. What a disappointment. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Not the same. It has become a Vegas casino. I guess they felt the old ownership was not doing thing right. Well what a surprise. We will not be going back. Tropicana was our first choice to go. Not anymore. I don’t know if the staff is upset with management or just very unhappy.

We stopped in Laughlin for Car/ Bike Show. Went to Trop, Center Bar, bartender zero customer service. Spent $40 waiting while he ignored, approached abruptly t and very rude. We left, I have reservation for April, Biker Weekend, I’m cancelling staying somewhere else who appreciates their guests! Look it up Hayden Walker. This bartender, I didn’t get name, needs customer service training!

The Tropicana Laughlin was a pleasant surprise! We upgraded to a Suite for a small upcharge and were absolutely delighted with our room. Carpet and furniture were great and the bathroom was spotless. A huge walk in shower was a plus. Bed was very comfortable too. We have stayed at countless hotels professing to be three stars but this one actually is! Slots in the Casino payed very nicely and the breakfast was wonderful. Many food choices were available. Highly recommended experience while in Laughlin!

If you want nothing more than a place to sleep, then Trop is a reasonable choice. If you expect bar, restaurant, housekeeping service, then Don't Do It. Our check in experience was great, very helpful staff got us a room one day earlier than our booking.com reservation. The hotel is quite dated altho clean. Expect that "casino smoke smell" everywhere, even in N/S areas. The Brew Bros was our choice for dinner first night, only to find they have a very limited menu other than the weekend..it was just ok, pricey in my opinion for a couple burgers and beer. Carnegie Cafe for breakfast was good, big portions. Coffee really expensive- $4 each for the big pit of brew. It feels like the place is short of staff. The lounges were dark, no bartenders or wait staff. We are not big gamblers but wanted to.grab a drink in the Lounge, maybe see some live music. NADA. We wound up eating and drinking outside the hotel. We requested housekeeping on day 3 of our 5 day stay, both at front desk and by leaving the card in the door. We were gone all day, and at 4 pm still no room made up. I honestly didn't have big expectations - We took the best price available- but compared with the feel of other places on the strip I think we may have made the worst choice of a "meh" bunch. …

One way to determine how good a hotel is when there is a problem. My son had a soccer tournament there this past weekend. We checked out and he left his team soccer jersey. We came back to the room and they had already cleaned it. Now, it becomes a lost and found security issue and the front desk nor the assistant manager would assist in finding the maid that cleaned his room. The security supervisor made us wait 2 hours before finding an answer that they could not find the jersey, which is the untruthful explanation that the maid threw it away and the hotel did not want to take responsibility. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, I had to complain with the security supervisor of how long does it take to talk with the maid. Sad, one has to complain before anyone will do any work. He didn't understand why I would suggest he look in his computer to see what maid scanned into our room. Up until I complained, he was only willing to call housekeeping. If customer service or showing respect to your elders is important to you, I would suggest not staying at this hotel.…

As a Caesar’s Seven Star, this place is worse then a motel 6 according to my husband! Room was dirty and musty smelling. Asked about an upgrade being several star card holder and she said I had to pay for an upgraded room…smh. I got hives just walking around the place. Will never go back. Only upside was Michael at what appeared to be a new restaurant, @Brew Brothers who was engaging and attentive. Thank you Michael.

Nice hotel and casino with several shops and eating facilities, located both in house and nearby. An outlet at about 5 minutes' walk. Colorado river reachable on foot in a 5 minutes' walk. Rooms with usual amenities, iron and ironboard.

Pros: nice location. Plenty of gaming choices. Lots of parking. Choices to eat. In and out burger right outside. Cons: dirty room. Sagging bed. But those are big things. We don’t need a fancy hotel, but we like a clean room. I would have rated higher if the corners of the room were vacuumed properly.

My wife was served food with a giant dead bug in it. I took her food to the what appeared to be a manager and his response was, “ok.” along with an I don’t care look. I then showed the food to another lady who appeared to be a manager and she had the same reaction and said, “ok.” I said. “Look, there’s a giant bug in there.” She then told the other guy to go in the back with her and neither of them came back. After 15 mi items of watching them chat by the desk, I walked up and asked the lady, what do I do if my wife gets sick? She replied, the broccoli comes frozen in a package so I don’t know where a big would come from. At this point I got mad and told her to call security to file a report and I requested they look at camera footage since she doesn’t know how a bug got in there. I filled out a report with security and was told the vp of operations would follow up with me. He never did. All I wanted was an apology and offer to bring a new plate. Never got it. The room was basic and mostly clean. Definitely needs renovations. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the toilet didn’t work well. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m still waiting for a follow-up from this incident. They clearly don’t care.…
