Did not stay as we did a day trip. Enjoyed an excellent lunch. The hot spicy soup kept the cold out. Service was good, staff friendly. Lodge Restaurant is cosy. Scenery fantastic. Well worth the stop on our way round the mountain. If travelling now and want to leave your vehicle to enjoy the spectacular scenery, wear warm clothes, gloves...

Like Las Vegas, so much growth has impacted the Lodge. I remember when you could sit around the fire - where now tables abound. Still a great place to enjoy snow and a warm spiked coffee drink. For those who've never been here, take a drive. It's worth it...

The food is good especially breakfast and the turkey burger. The bar has good drinks but expensive. This is the best of the two restaurants on the mountain. One downside is the prices continue to trend upward all the time. Most likely due to location.

This was my 3rd year going to Vegas but I only went because of a wedding. This year I decided to look around for something that was more quiet and peaceful. The cabins look just as beautiful as the pics. The decor inside was beautifully placed and just being in the cabin was surreal. I booked cabin #15 (non-pet cabin)...

Las Vegas is ok for a day or two, but then the glitter and excess starts to wear on me and I need nature. On my very first visit to LV I looked for the closest spot of nature and found Mount Charleston! 40 miles away in distance but it feels like 1000. You wind up the mountain and arrive...

The cabins here look average from the outside, but are not. Inside the furnishings are upscale, and romantic with a free standing glass enclosed fireplace and a huge Jacuzzi tub/shower. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave. Please note there is no Wi Fi, TV, or cell phone coverage inside the cabins which make for a totally relaxing getaway....

It felt like were staying in a tree house. We sat on the deck watching the deer (bucks included) walking amongst the trees. Gorgeous sunrise sunset views. The cabin had a refrigerator, microwave and jacuzzi tub. It was a bit hot for sleeping though with the lack of air conditioning. They provide fans to keep you cool. We had dinner in...

Amazing cabins 45 minutes from downtown Vegas! Mount Charleston is beautiful! We stayed in the Lovebirds cabin complete with gas fireplace. When the sun goes down it gets cold so you need that fireplace! we loved the private deck with view of the mountains and the stars. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. It's amazing to have this special place...

Enjoyed a fabulous breakfast at the Mount Charleston lodge after a morning hike on the mountain. What a beautiful spot. We sat outside looking over the mountains and the valley while hummingbirds flew around the lovely hanging baskets of flowers. It is a dog friendly patio too, so we were joined by our canine friends. Humans got to order their...

The Mount Charleston Lodge is the last Lodge On The Mountain. To be confused with the hotel which is not as far. I have lived in Las Vegas all of my life so I remember the lodge when it was quaint, romantic and cozy. The fireplace in the middle had comfy loveseats all around it, it was like a real...
