I needed a place to stay in North Las Vegas that wasn’t in a terribly shady neighborhood, as I was staying with my kids. My Place was overall clean, felt safe enough, and was adequate. I liked the spacious room, in-room climate control, full size fridge with ice maker, microwave, and bathtub/shower. There is only one elevator, but it came quickly enough.

Things I didn’t like: lack of service. I needed more towels the first night, and the front desk told me to come down and get them myself. One night, my kid needed a new toothbrush—they would only sell one to me. There is supposed to be coffee available 24/7 in the foyer, but it was out many mornings. When it was available, it was pretty bad coffee. There is a single cup coffeemaker in the rooms, but a single small cup of coffee is not much. Housekeeping leaves you two coffee packets, but you don’t get housekeeping every day (or at all) unless you call and schedule it the day before. The one day I scheduled housekeeping, that service was very good, but the carpet in the room had some sticky old stains that grossed me out to step on with bare feet. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

It’s an extended stay place, so the kitchenette meant we could prepare our own breakfasts, but a continental breakfast would be easier. I knew going in that there was no pool, but when traveling with kids (especially in summer), I wouldn’t stay in a place with no pool. Overall, this place met our needs for this trip, but I felt it was terribly overpriced for what we got (it was spring break week - the Thursday night rate was $499!). I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless I couldn’t find anywhere else acceptable.

The internet was not good, had a hard time just streaming movies and shows. The Ethernet ports in the rooms didn’t work, although the hotel has a kitchenette it has zero supplies to cook with. The room keys also had to be reset quite a bit, even after being careful not to put to close to a phone or anything magnetic. There was no continental breakfast, no pool or hot tub. They could really improve this hotel. If I’m the area again I would probably find a different place to stay.

Booked because I did not wasnt to stay on The Strip at Strip rates. My activities in Las Vegas were to the North and the My Place on Craig Rd met my needs perfectly. I had been unaware that the rooms included a small kitchenette facility which I did not use this trip but almost certainly would in the future. The hotel is clean, comfortable, affordable and conveniently located well clear of The Strip. However, an UBER ran to around $25 each way on the one night we did venture to The Strip. There is a wealth of eating options west of the hotel on Craig Rd and plenty of gas stations and convenience stores. I will definitely try to stay here on a future trip to Las Vegas.

Reliable and super clean. Quiet despite the busy neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable and shower has good pressure. Towels are new and do their job.
Staff is super polite and helpful. This is our go/to hotel when one is available in the town

The woman at the front desk was very nice but the hotel although advertised as smoke free stunk of smoke in the hallways and our room smelled very badly of sickening cleaning spray. We left the window open for hours but it didn’t really help. I wore my mask for the first few hours. Although it has a kitchenette there are no glasses, dishes or utensils in the room. Maybe we needed to ask for that. They sold dish drainers in the lobby randomly. The place just felt depressing and feels dirty. We paid $280 for a horrible night! I would have just left and asked for our money back but my grumpy husband wouldn’t. The sheets were actually soft and the bed was good but with the horrible smell it was impossible to relax. Ugh.

So the website say weekly and monthly rate. But instead I was charged nightly from $274-$129 depending on the night. I ended my 2 month stay after 10 days with a $1700 bill. Had to provide own dishes and cutlery. The maids took the towels without getting us new ones had to go to the office and get them two day's later. And to top it off the cable went out and I had to reset the box on the back after the office staff walked me through it.

First and last time I will stay at a My Place Hotel. Stayed one night and room was fine. Noticed in the morning the shower did not work. The water handle was loose and didn't do anything when attempting to turn water on. (surprised they didn't notice when cleaning the room making it obvious the shower had not been cleaned). I didn't have time to wait for a repair and reported issue to front desk at checkout. Was told they would see it the room rate could be discounted due to inconvenience but nothing happened. Awful experience.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. It was large, smelled fresh, looked new, included a kitchen counter top, cupboards, stove, microwave, refrigerator, comfy chair, and was extremely clean. Plenty of restaurants across the street. I would definitely return.

This is my 2nd year staying here. The price is great, but for me, it's more important that it's clean. The shower has great pressure as well.
The checkin was seamless and I was was made to feel welcome. I will be back next year.

What is a bit concerned when we checked in the young lady came into use the bathroom and that was beautiful it and was allowed to. I don’t think that was appropriate. She came to the back entrance sounded like she had a couple times that evening.
