Imagine you were sentenced to Hell and you have arrived at its gateway to camp out and be processed. You have arrived at Sunrise Inn in Las Vegas, Nevada ! Service - NONE. Cleanliness - we should be rating 1-5 how dirty the place is - definitely a 5! Hallway carpets stained with vomit, urine, pet urine (you can tell if it's human or animal, really...), and drip stains of what we do not know. Security - what security? You are about to enter Hell - you do not need any stinking security. The pool - good one, absolutely infested with algae and GREEN - never knew how to associate the color green with Hell, until we stayed at Sunrise Inn. The first room we were assigned into - missing lights, no blankets, all remaining lights cannot be turned on, all lamp shades were crushed - like a previous traveler to Hell struggling to be transferred to his/her Final Destination ! Switching room - took 8 trips to the front desk before the 2 keys finally worked and the Wi-Fi password is the correct one! Oh, the blankets, only 1 may be assigned to each room - you are entering Hell, it will be super hot - we do not need no stinking blankets ! Redeeming values - you can have all the towels you want, as long as you're ok with brown stains and roughing up your epidermis... the shower in the room was good, to wash away all the stink you accumulate as you enter the property... try adjusting your expectations for the Sunrise Inn, the rating scale should be from minus 5 to plus 5 - definitely a MINUS 10!

I expected wifi like advertised but no. They use Cox wifi. I had some trouble opening it but the staff wouldn't help me. Refused a refund. I had to call Cox to get help. Front desk service is rude. I would never stay here again

No negatives, other than truck stops and truck parking are the neighbors. But not really a problem for us, as we only heard a truck once in awhile. Traffic is a bit heavy due to trucks and local traffic but a doable thing.

Friendly staff. Booked and paid ahead on hotel.com. 25.00 deposit added on site. 2.99 energy surcharge and 2.95 environmental fee added for each night. That wasn’t expected. The 2nd floor IS the 1st floor (there is a basement level). No elevator. Room was large and clean, but smelled like mushrooms when you opened the door. It seemed to dissipate (or we adjusted). Hair dryer with night light provided as well as iron and ironing board. Mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was clean. Only coffee and vending machine in the lobby. Thin walls and ceilings - or - an elephant was staying above us. TV wasn’t working. Had a staff repairman in minutes. McDonald’s across the street. Subway and a couple local restaurants next door (truck stop). Denny’s around the corner. 24 hour places. We just need a place to sleep. Been in far worse places. Quick access to I-15.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable and quite large. No complaints for a night stay over. Bathroom was decent and clean. Typical budget hotel with no frills. Stayed for one night with my girlfriend on a road trip.
