Booked this hotel online @ 10:10am CANCELED the reservation @ 10:26am 22May17. As I reviewed the reservation, & looked for room details, I noticed that there was no indication of or distinction from the availability of Non-Smoking rooms v smoking rooms. I called the 855 TF # and after several attempts and then a few rounds of button pushing- the...

So, we arrive at Buffalo Bill's when my family and I are told that valet parking is unavailable and to park in the rear of the hotel. We check-in to be told that our reserved, non-smoking room is unavailable and are offered a smoke filled room. From the room we call the front desk to request a change of room...

My husband and I had been driving around in Death Valley for 2 days, staying in Ridgecrest, but exited the park on the southeast gate, towards Baker, CA. Read the reviews for the ONLY hotel in Baker, and took the advice of one of the reviewers and drove to Primm, and stayed there. Ended up staying 2 days, we don't...

Driving out of San Diego And Los Angeles Basin to get out of the terrible smog, I chose to stay overnight here. Now in the terrible smog-dust of Las Vegas, I am so glad I did...Primm was clear and clean, nice. So was the PVR&C. The staff was excellent, especially, Robert at checkin and Joe serving in the excellent GP...

Read the reviews and decided to take a chance on staying at Primm anyways. Hotel is a little run down but our room was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Furniture is slightly damaged and old. Low prices so we didn't expect much. Not any good choices for food at the Primm. Went to the Pancake House, it...

The Primm Valley Resort might change your idea of "you get what you pay for". With the modest price point at this casino hotel we didn't expect to many "bells and whistles" but what we did get was well worth our two day charge of under a hundred dollars. We really had a nice time, felt safe, food was good...

Remember that Saturday Night Live skit, Lowered Expectations? That was the theme for my stay here. Look, it was free (except for the stupid $15 resort fee). And worth the price. A few good things: Free parking The mall is adjacent. We had a decent inexpensive dinner there. The room was reasonably sized. Bad things: The room was dirty. I...

We have been coming to Primm a couple times a year for the last 6 years and on our most recent visit, we really noticed the marked decline in the whole property. It's as if no routine maintenance or upkeep is being done. At Primm Valley: The exterior of the building needs fresh paint. Half of the light bulbs that...

The hallways and rooms are quite old and a bit rundown with loose outlets and a dirty shower curtain. Cold draft comes in through the heating system when it's off and you can hear the people walking in the room above. But the bed is good, the shower works fine, the people working there are nice and the price is...

I have stayed here before and while it has never been great, it has really slipped. The price was cheap, but there is a "Resort Fee " of $15 that is an insult. For that you get free internet which everyone on the property gets for free. There was nothing complimentary, no coffee, or anything. Place was worn, tired and...
