No slot machines, no restaurants, broken poker machines at the only bar, unhappy employees, dirty. Terrible place. Used to be a fun place. Very disappointing. Used to stay there a lot. No more. Spending my time and money somewhere else. Bad

Coming in from a long drive this place was sooo nice..I loved the hotel it was quiet and clean. It was cool to see the original Bonnie and Clyde car in the casino. Even won some money at the casino. The bed was comfortable and the room was just nice! The only thing I was upset about was the pool was closed. We ate at the steakhouse on sight and that was very good. Would stay there again someday!

Hall floors were nasty, room was nice it had plenty of space and was clean, the only minor complaint we had was that the jets didn't work on bathtub. We didn't see any bell carts, so had to lug stuff in from parking lot. Minimal staff throughout the building. We got checked in fairly quickly but I noticed around 11 p.m. there were over a dozen people in line and only one person working the desk. Room/hall was quiet. None of the food places were open either day/night that we stayed there. This place was a lot cheaper than Vegas hotels but a quick drive to/from Vegas.

All I can say is this place is disgusting! It should be shut down completely. The non smoking rooms reeks of smoke, the curtains hanging down, bed dirty, floors are filthy look like they never vacuumed. This is one room we were in 1026A. We asked for another room on a different floor, they moved us to a suite on the 7th floor. A one star better but it was still dirty. We were afraid to touch anything. Bed had stains, towels were ripped, curtains hanging down, finger print on windows and TV. Used coffee in coffee maker, stains on the couch. This hotel rooms are disgusting.

From Check-In to Check-out, one of the top 2 or 3 worst hotel experiences I can recall. To say that the room was FILTHY would be like saying the Titanic sprung a little leak. Dead cockroaches in both the bedroom and bathroom. Candy wrappers and random "stuff" laying on a carpet that obviously had not been vaccumed in quite a while. Disgusting. We were charged a Resort fee for a pool that was chained closed and grounds that haven't been kept up. One pizza restaurant and one bar in the entire casino. Could not get anyone on the phone to complain or ask for a better room. People we met during our stay related the same problems to us. Do yourself a favor and sleep in the car.

Strangest experience. No employees to be found, literally anywhere. We had to go to the hotel across the street to check in. One time there was a bartender at the bar. Other than that, I’m not kidding when I say there wasn’t a single employee in the whole place. All but one restaurant are closed, on Saturday a pizza place had 1 employee that didn’t start work until 12noon. Also, they charge you a resort fee when the pool is closed and it isn’t a resort…it’s a big empty building with (dirty) rooms to sleep in. Do not recommend.

This was my response to an email sent to my husband after our trip. To whom it may concern; First let me start by saying my name is Gloriana Gonzales. Although My husband Andrew M. Gonzales made a reservation well over a month prior to our stay I am responding as he feels I am wasting my time. We had already agreed it wasn’t worth it to say anything as we did not feel anyone would really care anyway. With that being said the more I think about it, YOU ASKED! Why not tell you how our nightmare of a weekend went? And I have included pictures to document so you can get an idea of my complaints/expectations. Where do I begin? I will start at the beginning. Prior to arrival the previous day, my husband actually called to confirm our reservation because we never received the confirmation email when we booked, At this time we were advised that our room was indeed confirmed. The next day my husband and I arrived to Buffalo Bills, (where we had our reservations) in the early afternoon of Friday March 10, 2023 to attend the Mint 400. An event who’s venue was your resort. Arriving early we knew checking was not until 3pm but upon entering the casino we read a sign that was on all of the doors about mobile check-in on your phone and you would just wait for a text/email stating your room key was ready. So my husband did that process and It stated we were checked in and they would text/ email when key ready. So we were not worried. Hours had passed and we had not received a response. I called the number from the confirmation check-in and after about 30 minutes I got someone one the phone. He stated he couldn’t help me all he could do was transfer me to the hotel front desk. I told him no problem, at which time he transferred me and someone picked up and hung up on me. So now I’m worried we may not have a place to stay and I am from Los Angeles. So I proceed to go inside the casino now and there is a 2.5 hour line. Shocking, but what made me know something was wrong is when I saw your whole security team standing for a “Show of Force” I’m assuming. After standing in line for 2.5 hours let me tell you about the women behind the counter. I would tell you her name but when I asked for her name she stated “I Dont give it out!” At which time my husband stated I can see why not! The women stated there were no rooms and that we would have to stay at Whiskey Pete’s. Which is a hotel that is not even open to rent for the public. I didn’t understand and was asking her about it and she stated “look, I Dont care! Now get away from my desk! As she shushed me away with her hand and keep repeating I Dont care! I was in complete disbelief. What really blew my mind is that I believed this other women to be the manager because she was helping all the girls but she was standing next to this girl and said absolutely nothing. Having no other option we had to stay at a closed Hotel. Now let’s talk about Whiskey Pete’s. The only thing that was up to my standards was that the mattress we slept on was brand new. The rest I will just show you pictures. I realize that I am just one person, but I will tell anyone who will listen to not even waste their time to stop on the way to Vegas. And there will definitely be a TikToc video posted. Thank you for asking! Gloriana Gonzales

STAY AWAY!!! I wish I could give this place a minus 1. Absolutely the worst lodging and poorest example of a resort I have ever experienced in my life. I was part of a small group. We checked in at 10:00 PM and rooms were not ready. I went to four different rooms until I found one where the beds were made. The room I stayed in did not have hand towels or washcloths. I should say, I did not have a clean washcloth, there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Some rooms did not have toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The floor in the room was not vacuumed. As you can see in the pictures the hallway was lined with dirty linens and trash, the rooms were in disrepair, and who knows what might be growing in the walls. The bar was less than substandard. Overall appearance of the establishment was also substandard. You would be better off sleeping in your car

Reserved hotel rooms online got confirmation and everything when we went to check in we were told by the very unpleasant and unprofessional desk woman that the hotel was sold out. I repetitively told her that I had confirmation and everything and all I was told was “ it wasn’t supposed to” so called customer service and got told to speak with the front desk. Ended up driving back to Vegas and spending 400 dollars for a room. Had I known I would have booked somewhere else and saved money. Absolutely ridiculous will never stay there again
