Harrah's was ok, won a jackpot in the High Dollar Room playing penny Buffalo, that experience was great. I am a Platinum player and was greeted as such during check in, during check out however, I had to wait like everyone else even though I was in the Platinum check in/out line. No worries, I'm not like that, but I...

Wonderful family, couples, or solo get away. Amenities are great, food is really good and economically feasible. Harrah's has one major down fall....rude and nonchalant senior employee's. Employee's feel entitled and treat their new or non regulars, a bit rude and unconcerned. Harrah's of old was 100% customer oriented, especially the managers. Managers were the best resource for return visits...

Great room, comfortable, spacious, king option. Fantastic buffet and many choices for gambling. Good downtown location, close to baseball, museums, parks, University of Nevada and historical buildings.

Thanks for the FIVE STAR Rating of us here at Harrah's Reno. I'm happy that you enjoyed our fantastic Carvings Buffet; you need to try our world famous Steak House in the lower level of our casino. As you said, our location is perfect. We look forward to your return visit.

Stayed in a Spa Suite. Nice room with solid furnishings. Enjoyed the boodle bar for lunch. Gaming was tight, but it was right before Christmas and not very busy. Valet and Bell service were quick and efficient.

I stay at this hotel quite often and the staff are great the rooms are nice(somewhat small) but clean and well appointed. I do have issues with their food choices since I do not like Hash House a Go Go and don't usually eat buffets so not a whole lot of choice.

very outdated casino/hotel, needs a major makeover, other casinos in Reno area that are in much better shape, the buffet left a lot to be desired, the casino area was outdated and didn't have a big selection of gaming options, the best part about casino was that it didn't take long to get cocktail device

Reservation and check in was pretty standard. Not over the top, and not poor. However, the Casino part of the resort is a different story. Horrible Horrible service, rude dealers, rude drink servers and my husband and I were offended and embarrassed to no limit. Needless to say, we took our money and gambled in the surrounding casinos and won!

The staff was friendly. There is no heat in the bottom of the east tower, making it cold while waiting for the elevator. While it is pet friendly, there really isn't a true place to relieve your pet. The area is nothing more than a large litter box. Probably about a 10'x8' area of dirt. I likely would not stay...

I've stayed at both the Harrah's in Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe and was very pleased with the hotel so I booked our family Christmas vacation at the Harrah's in Reno. Our rooms were in the West tower. The rooms were decent. Nothing fancy. However, and this is the reason for the 3 stars, the TV in my room did...
