Decided to break out of my Utah rut and try Heavenly. Acquaintances are time sharers at the Ridge, so I decided to give it a try. Did a lot of research and made the choice of a deluxe one bedroom with a non refundable fee of 144.00 per night. Sleeping arrangements were set as a one king bed and a...

The main reason of coming to this hotel for my family was a "ski in - ski out" feature which hotel advertises on many places on the web. Well, it's not a ski in - ski out hotel ! They do have a Monorail, which supposed to be used to take you from Hotel to Lift, but it's not operational....

Pros: great views, comfortable beds (sleep number). Quite. Underground parking. Indoor pool but its small and only 3ft deep. Kids club, arcade, pool tables, table tennis. Indoor tennis (different building) Cons: room was small (hotel style room) not even a little coffe table for the little one to color, requested a balcony over 2 months ago and they were not...

This is my first visit to Lake Tahoe and I am very pleased with my decision to stay at The Ridge Tahoe. I am staying with my children in the Cascade building. The suite is lovely with a complete, well-stocked kitchen and a Jenn Aire cooktop. The bathroom is large with a very nice Jacuzzi tub, shower, and lots of...

The resort was lovely. We had a two bed room apartment/condo (#3522) with two full bathrooms, a full living room, a fireplace, kitchen and a dining room table. The condo was clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, plates, bowls, pots, pans, silverware and all the necessities for cooking. The...

The Ridge is a great place to stay if you are in good physical condition. We climbed 82 stairs each time we came back from an outing, the place has no elevators. Thankfully they had staff waiting to carry our bags and belongings up on arrival, we booked a week in a two bedroom unit which had a great view...

It is a far drive from town but the views are spectacular. There is no air conditioning and we were there in August when we could have used it. Not really any options as far as restaurant's on-site but having the small studio kitchenette was a plus. The shuttle is available if you don't wish to drive to town, the...

Have been staying here about 8-10 years and are owners. . In need of serious updates. When they say they are updating they piece together things like you can see in photos in the kitchen. Put a black refrigerator with white appliances and similar (updates??) or not. It's convenient and the people are very nice but there are a lot...

My boyfriend and I stayed here during a weekend in March. The pros are that it is in a good location for skiing and right on the Heavenly slopes. The bistro restaurant and bear bar, while basic, also has extremely quick service with friendly service. The cons are numerous. Our room had broken light bulbs and a sink that didn't...
