My family and I stayed here in July of 2015. We absolutely loved this hotel and stayed here twice on this vacation. The hotel had been recently renovated to the turn of the century furnishings of the late Victorian era. The 1st stay, we were in a small one bedroom room on the 2nd floor in the back corner. It...

It's a fantastic building to look at and it's just as good to stay in. Everything has been restored or preserved beautifully, the bar and reception areas are clean and atmospheric. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a nod to the past but pristine, modern amenities. We just stayed one night but found everybody really friendly (especially the British housekeeper...

I've stayed here multiple times in the past year when in the area for business. I love the "Old West" feel to it but the accommodations are great, too. Yes, it's a little worn in places but I don't mind and it's not dirty or falling down, either. I've stayed in several types of rooms and understand some of the...

Great hotel very authentic in design, the lighting made it feel very spooky. There are a few rooms that have ghosts apparently. Room had everything u need and was clean. Only one restaurant was open and there is a casino. Worth a stop over. Free parking included in room rate.

We stayed a night on Monday this past week. The hotel staff was friendly at the front desk. We also found out the rooms were so hot we had to crack a window. Unfourtuantly the window would only go up a few short inches. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was sub par. And the service just as...

Tonopah is fine stop on the way to Death Valley, and this hotel is beautiful. We loved our main street-view room and amenities. The furniture and fixtures and renovation are wonderful. We enjoyed friendly hotel staff.

Fun place to stay in the middle of Nevada--clean, newly refurbished, with a good restaurant and helpful staff. The building's 100 years old and has just been renovated in the last few years with an eye to preserving its history. Rooms are a little small and some of the infrastructure (heating in the winter) is a little antiquated, but it's...

We wanted to avoid Las Vegas and ended up in Tonopah, and considered it a real find. This carefully restored old hotel, the tallest building in all of Nevada when it was first opened in 1910, gives you a real sense of what it was like there at the time of the silver rush. The walk-in strong room is now...

My husband I drove cross country to get home to California and stopped at the Mizpah. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is restored beautifully, the service was meticulous and friendly. Our room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant. We will be back.

We plan our trip south and back north to include a night at the Mizpah hotel. It is a wonderful piece of history in this old mining town. The Cline family has lovingly restored it to its old grandeur, beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and gracious. The nightly rate is very reasonable. Thank you to the owners who have...
