It was a pleasure to stay at the Bartlett Inn, Nick, Miriam and Sam (the local mermaid) were amazing hosts. Their staff was superb and the breakfasts were all they had promised and more. We would highly recommend a stay at the Barlett Inn. If you are new to the area, they have great info on things to do We...

Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The innkeepers were incredibly friendly and took the time to help us plan our visit in the area. The breakfast each morning was great, plenty to eat and ready promptly! The property is full of beautiful old trees and a nice pool. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again, maybe...

Nick and his wife are doing a great job! The rooms are rustic, but charming. The property looks bigger on the website. Our breakfast was tasty and filling. I would recommend this Inn to friends and will be recommending to family. We were a late check-in. Nick could not have been more pleasant. He showed us the cottage we would stay...

A charming quiet gem, nestled in the woods, just off the main road. We had the Pinkham room which is well appointed although not "rustic" as I had expected; it definitely had all the conveniences of home including a patio door looking over the pool area. (which I took advantage of in the sweltering heat). Our hosts were very welcoming...

Our family of five stayed four nights and we would definitely return. The innkeepers, Nick and Miriam, made us feel very welcome. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Nick had a lot of suggestions and recommendations for activities and restaurants. We had a great time!

Great location for Storyland and North Conway. The owners are lovely, clean rooms, and family friendly. The only downfall was no central air in July makes for a warm night. Overall, I would recommend.

We appreciate this kind review but are confused by the air conditioner comment. All of our rooms have either a window unit or central air (Bemis and Sawyer). This guest stayed in The Pinkham Barn room with a brand new Air Conditioning unit with enough BTUs to cool a room 2x its size. There is also a ceiling fan. Since...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Bartlett Inn over Valentine's Day and it was one of the bet weekends we've evet had. Leading up to the trip we called many times to ask about attractions in the area and book certain things. Nick and his wife, the owners, were incredibly helpful and provided the best hospitality even over the...

This inn is pretty basic, we stayed in one of the cottages, which was small, but we spent most of our time outside having fun anyhow. We went snowmobiling down the road, which was a fantastic time. The breakfast was excellent, and the people were great. Nick shared lots of tips about the area, and some good stories. It's clear...

Nick is a fantastic host with great information, stories, and discounts to local ski areas and his wife is a fantastic cook. The most recent weekend that we stayed included waffles with fruit compote and huevos rancheros with fresh salsa and quacamole. Rooms are comfortable without being overpriced, plus there is a hot tub and a great fireplace in the...

Stayed here because we saw they rented snowmobiles next door. Just a short walk and we were on our rental although the snowmobile guys were not very friendly. The cottage we stayed at was cozy and private and the breakfast was terrific. Two thumbs up.
