A stay at the highlands in is about so many things but most of all it is about safe lesbian space, in the heart of the white mountains surrounded by kind inn keepers and amazing women that become friends! The breakfasts are a great time to meet other women and talk to Jenny, Gia and Jackie. The surrounding towns are...

When we first arrived, we were greeted by Miss Ellie (the most adorable little dog), Gia and Jenny. They made us feel at home from the minute we walked through the door. Jenny gave us the grand tour of the inn, and was very helpful in letting us know where to go for shopping, dinner, or other activities. We stayed...

We recently visited the Inn and had the most amazing, relaxing, happy time that I can remember in a long time. During a time and a season when life is busy and stressful, this 2 day "time out" was like finding an oasis in the desert. When we arrived it was snowing...it was magical. When we walked in, we were...

This is our favorite place to visit, play music, relax, and enjoy the company of women. At the Highlands you can be with women you enjoy, you can listen to a wonderful concert by female artists, you can swim in summer and snowshoe in winter. You can also be treated to all the amenities by Jenny, Gia and Jackie. All...

Two traditions converge at the Highlands Inn--COMMUNITY and hospitality. Gia and Jenny assumed ownership of the inn last year. Since then they have continued the legacy of safe women's space as well as the Bethelehem New Hampshire tradition of hospitality. The breakfasts are yummy and the scenery is beyond description. My wife and I just spent a week there and...

I'm wondering if perhaps "May S" went to a different inn, because Jenny & Gia (the new owners) could not be any more welcoming and friendly. They are just wonderful people (and their dog Ellie is adorable, too!). We stayed three nights and found the inn to be a completely peaceful & relaxing retreat, and Jenny & Gia were at...

My wife and I just spent 7 nights at the Highlands Inn and it was awesome. Owners Gia and Jenny went out of their way to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The acreage is beautiful, with nature trails aplenty. The pool and hot tubs add to the relaxation and serenity. Our room was clean and thoughtfully appointed. This was...

I first stayed at the Inn many years ago. The Highlands Inn has been a tradition for many lesbian couples over the past decades, but I never quite understood why—until now. The Inn has always had the advantages of a beautiful setting that's secluded and yet central and accessible to the year-round offerings of the White Mountains. But now it...

Barb and I have stayed many times at the Highlands Inn. The Inn is a wonderful place to go and relax and enjoy all the beauty that NH has to off. Jenny and Gia are wonderful and make your stay even better. If you're looking for a getaway this is the place to go.

We had read many positive reviews regarding this place so when we were passing by this area on our way to another destination, we thought we would give it a try. It is way over priced. The rooms are very small. We stayed in the cheapest room and it was still overpriced. You could also check out the other rooms...
