From the day I contacted Bob and Sue by email to obtain the answers to a couple of questions(before I reserved) I had until the moment I left after my week long post Labor Day stay at the Magalloway River Inn, I was made to feel I was a long time repeat guest. I visited the area to observe the...

Well it was a terrible stay since I was fined keeping the heat turned up by mistake after I left me cabin and forgetting to close the windows. The owner said in her letter "You chose to ignore our request to close windows"...letter should of said "You did not close windows by mistake" now this did not sound like an...

Every year, for almost ten years now, my son and I go up to fish for a week in May. Sue and Bob are always welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and the cabins are always clean and very comfortable. They are also very close to some excellent fishing and some great hiking. I was getting a little too uncomfortable camping out...

Stayed here for a couple of nights on our honeymoon tour. Beautiful surroundings - unspoilt driving for mile after mile - and no mobile phone reception, so it's real disconnection from the iMadness we all seem to iLive with. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a good stay, and as stated previously good store next door (all day...

We have stayed at the Magalloway River Inn and Cabins many times for midweek kayaking trips on the Magalloway River and other lakes etc in the area. The cabins are immaculate, compact and very well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any needs that we have. The area is very near a wildlife preserve and there are...

Quiet, clean, right across from river.......This is a special place where your cabin has a small screened porch, enough kitchen "stuff" and outside grills to satisfy meal prep. Right next door is a small store to pick up last minute supplies. Owners are friendly and kind and willing to give any advice when asked. Watch for the moose!

Sue and Bob go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. I am from Florida very thin blood (LOL) and went up for a family Kayak trip for the second year in a row. Well this time I didn't pack for the chilly 75 degree nights Sue heard that my feet were freezing and she brought me a pair of...

A group of friends has been renting these cabins for several years as a home base for our annual kayaking outing. The cabins are small but clean. The management is friendly and accomodating. We look forward to going back again in 2012 and visiting with Bob and Sue Senter, the owners.
