This is our fifth visit to Mittersill Alpine Resort from Christmas to New Year. Nothing much has changed since our first visit. The unit is nicely maintained. The pub has new management and new menu. The food is a lot better. Our two bedroom unit was nice and clean. My only complain was the carpet look old. All furniture are...

We stayed at Mittersill March 3-10, 2017. We booked this resort through an RCI certificate. The resort retains its original charm with dark wood beams and wood walls. We absolutely loved the games room with its giant size chess board and various table top games. The main lobby area has new carpet, tile and railings. The elevators are tiny. Our...

We swapped our timeshare week for a one bedroom unit and decided to upgrade to a two bedroom for $228. What a mistake! The unit they put us in was over the boiler room and it was extremely hot. We had the windows open and the heat off and it was still unbearable. We couldn’t’ use the 2nd bedroom we...

This was the first time we stayed at a vacation rental unit and were not quite sure on what to expect. It was a 1 bedroom outfit with all appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. A very cozy unit. The property is a bit dated but that in my opinion probably added to the charm. Very close to the Franconia Notch Park...

The resort itself is mainly older and not renovated to current standards like granite counters and updated baths, but it also has old school pine paneling and iron gearing in good condition that inspire of the charm of this property. It's called a "resort" but by modern definition it's really not a resort but it does offer clean, albeit outdated,...

This is a very old resort that was, over the years, turned into a timeshare resort with 1,2 or 3 bedroom units, each equipped with a kitchen and supplies. It is a solid three star resort, although location, accommodating staff and history (which also hold it back) are worth another half-star. We are owners at another resort and exchanged there...

very, very clean. all personnel were very helpful. The kitchen was very much up to our satisfaction. We have television with enough channels. The bedroom was big enough and the bed was perfect for sleeping.

Stayed three nights. Rooms are fine. Views of Cannon Mountain and all the surrounding mountains are breath-taking. Many trails for hiking. Close to all kinds of White Mountain adventures. Resort has outdoor pool and indoor sauna and hot tub. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the beautiful White Mountains. Also played golf at two close courses nestled in the mountains....

Mittersill Alpine Resort is a great place to stay and ski and enjoy the peace, quiet and beauty of the White Mountain National Forest. Thanks to Anthony, Shayna, and JC of the TV show, Chronicle, out of Boston, which we watch every evening at home on Prince Edward Island, we booked a week in the quiet Barvarian style ski Village...

This resort is centered at the base of Mittersill which is at the back side of Cannon mountain. Hikers and skiers can access trails within minutes of the front/back door. We live locally and have been coming here for years. My three children and husband love the charm that this piece of property holds. O.k., so it's not the 5...
