Great place to stay to get to the beach and do things around Hampton area. Clean place, not the nicest place ever but clean and safe. Parking was tight but not bad. 20mins from Walmart and other shopping centers if you need anything. We stayed for 3 days and had a great time no issues at all. The guy even let us park a second car at the inn even though it only said 1 car on the reservation. Would stay again for a weekend trip

Reserved a room months ahead of time, the hotel canceled "at my request" a month before our stay. I did not request the cancelation. This was very frustrating, as finding another hotel on such short notice in Hampton, at a reasonable rate, is nearly impossible. Very poor treatment in my opinion.

My family stayed at this motel numerous summers in the past. I liked the way Bill managed the place. For starter, he assigned parking spot for every unit. This weekend my husband and rented a room for 1 night. We checked in 6/5/21 (Saturday) and we checked out 6/6/21 (Sunday). I couldn't get over the difference between our stay in the past with previous owner with Bill as the manager to this particular stay. 1. No assigned parking space. 2. Our room has kitchenette which we were charged $159.00 because of it, but they didn't provide any pots, pans and utensils. We weren't able to utilize the kitchenette that we paid for. 3. A big stain on the carpet. 4. A big puddle of water near the stove possibly from the air conditioner. 5. No decorations. 6. When using the toilet, you have to twist yourself into a pretzel like position to reach the toilet paper. 7. The bed linen looked clean but smelled funny. The smell prevented me from falling asleep. I ended up laying the towel I brought from home over the fitted sheet and a Beach towel over me. 8. The curtain was falling down. I had to climb up to fix it. I am not sure if they are just being funny, or that the curtain presentation is now the new standard of the new ownership or they simply could careless! The curtain was simply an eye sore! 9. In conclusion, I felt being taken advantage of. I got charged a hefty sum for a substandard room and services. 10. I will never return nor do I recommend this place to anybody. Stayed at Royal Crest Motor Inn at Hampton Beach. Dirty, dirty, dirty!!!! Sheets were never changed, floors dirty. Paid $140.00 for one night and felt uncomfortable. Your better Off staying in your car!! Real nasty place.

Stayed here many times in the past, rooms were always a bit dated and rundown but clean enough for a night or two, Bill ( the now former manager since new owners bought the property recently is gone, I always got long with him but he was rough if he thought you were being a bother to anybody else) look like renovating is underway and the pool is gone. I would ignore reviews previous to this as that was under different owners/management who is now actively updating the property

HORRIBLE DONT STAY WARNING I can deal with the outdated rooms but the manager Bill is the worse ever so disrespectful I left the keys by accident in the room it was a big issue at 1130 at night woke him up he bullied me talk down I didnt say to much to him he said was arguing with I am trouble kicked me out 3 times I had to be disrespected for a half hour and belittled called trouble how dare I leave the keys to call locksmith I have two keys he dont have anymore keys then he said I better tip the room or hes taking it out of cerdit card finally let me in when i was shaking and having a panic attack all I wanted to do was relaxed for the weekend with my bestie Joe is great dude I never knew of the bad reviews on Bill Hes a Horrible man he should never disrespect hes customer I am traumatized what a waste of money I came more stress leaving. First of all, the beds are rock hard. I feel like i’m in the flint stones and now I think I have permanent back issues. The toilet doesn’t always flush, only half the time. There was a sticky substance, god knows what, on the rug that I kept stepping in. The ceiling tile above my shower was disgusting I thought it was going to cave in!! Also after you go to the bathroom you have to walk across the whole room just to wash your hands. I would not recommend staying here ever unless it’s literally the last place on earth.

Friday night didn’t feel like driving home after a day at the beach. So we decided just to get a room and go out to dinner instead. We stopped at a couple places on the strip, but no vacancy’s. We found a room at the Royal Crest Motor Inn. Old needs a lot of up dating. Musky, dark just beat down. I wouldn’t recommend it unless your just staying overnight.

My family and I stayed here for a few days for vacation, it was a great place to stay. The rooms are a great size, clean and the manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great and very close to the beach but also it was very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

So my wife and I came up during the rain last night. It was nice got here around 6ish the rain on and off. Cooked on the grill food came out great. Stayed in the room till rain stop, then went for a walk. Then a few hours later the rain stop completely and walked to the beach at night. Every thing is so close by that you can hear the live music being play. If you're looking for one on one great place to come. Under new management so if you have read anything bad from last year they are working on fixing things. There pool is out of order crack in it but we didnt mind.
