We loved this place! Clean quiet. Beds were comfortable. The shower was great hot water was instant and lasting. Nice pool. Close to main boardwalk and the ocean. Great place to eat breakfast, lunch burgers and fries anytime right across the street. Loved it!! Wish list, a table and chairs

I went here two years in a row and each time was better and better great service a lot of fast internet and a nice kitchenete if you are looking for a smaal vacation in hampton beach defenetly pick this spot its amazing.

This is not the Ritz, just a decent place to rest and enjoy the beach. Right in the heart of everything. Walk to Resturants, the pier, the beach is right across the road. Beds could be better. However, the price was reasonable and the room was clean

My wife and I took a mini vacation on July13th to 16th,and we wanted to see Hampton beach ,the motel was located in the perfect spot we had a beach on each side of us and Hannaford was only a 5 min. drive the staff was very accomadating and friendly, the room was small but served the purpose,we had a very nice stay thank you very much.From: Wayne and Lori room#20.

I called to make a reservation and was told by the owner that she "was too tired to take the reservation" and that she would call me back. Never got a call back, it was apparent that they did not want our business

Nice, basic, cheap, clean room. Hostess/manager was very nice & helpful. Had mini-frig, micro, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, glasses, utensils & gadgets. Free parking. 1 minute walk to North Hampton Beach...less crowded and quieter than the main beach. 20 minute walk to main beach & boardwalk. Seafood restaurant across the street. Didn't use ac or pool because it was only in the 60's. The only negatives...coffee pot wasn't clean nor was there any coffee to make. Rooms #1 and #20 are VERY close to the sidewalk and street...very noisy.

was a little nervous after reading some of these reviews. Love this little Motel it was very clean and in a nice place about a minute walk to the ocean, and about 10minutes to the main beach, we hung out at the beach a minute walk away, it was a lot quieter and we preferred it. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked wonderful! Its not the Ritz, but it was clean comfortable and just the right price. The lady that owns the place is very sweet! One last perk Little Jack's seafood restaurant is right across the street! Would definatley stay here again!

The room was very dirty. Sheets has yellow stains and the bathroom floorboards and shower had hair on top of the what looked to be years and years of of caked dust! The stove burners had aluminum foil underneath, no clock, no ice and the housekeepers did nothing but take the towels out while cleaning. The only positive was that the pool area was clean. For 3 adults for 2 nights it was $400.00 if i would have know more about the cleanliness i would of been better off staying in the next town over knowing my room was clean! I don't recommend this motel unless you have no other options!

My husband and I found a deal for this motel through Orbitz for a very reasonable price for its location and the time of year. We stayed in room #7 which was spacious for us, our 12 year old and the 8 month old's pack n' play. The owner of this location is very nice and accommodating but there is an older lady that works there who is rather grumpy and a turn off and acts as though she runs the place. I love how close it was to everything. We walked the mile to the boardwalk one night to enjoy the arcades and we walked the two minute walk to the beach for a beach day with the family. This saved us a lot in parking fees! My sister and mother each also got rooms and stayed but they did not have as great of an experience. My mother stayed in room #9 which smelled of urine in the carpet and the smoke detector had been ripped (wires hanging) from the ceiling and not replaced. My sister's room didn't even have a smoke detector but rather a carbon monoxide detector (she was in room #5). The smoke detector thing stands out to me being a career firefighter-not good! The pool on the property was a nice area and we sat and played board games there one afternoon. Overall, we'd probably stay here again but would also probably shop around for other locations first.…

Nice quiet place! Clean and cozy! Like a cabin ... I would deff go back. Very close to North beach and a not too far from Boardwalk ... It was a great family getaway. Kids loved the pool even if it was a bit chilly and closes at 8 pm . If you are looking for fancy don't come here. 140.00 for two beds and a kitchenette.
