If you find a diamond you must decide. Do I shout it to my friends or hold onto my best-kept-secret? I simply must share. Booking with RCI, you never know what you will get. Imagine the joy of being treated like royalty as an RCI guest on my arrival! Checking in, parking, access were so simple. And when I entered my unit, I breathed a deep sigh, "I think I am going to LOVE it here!" Everything as pictured on the website, updated and clean, well-stocked. I had concern that there was not a cook top. Not to worry - the hot plate was entirely adequate - even made a batch of homemade chicken and noodles! 12-cup coffee pot and filters - bring your favorite brew. Full-sized fridge and freezer as stated. The location is amazing - just minutes to toes in the ocean. And not a far drive into Boston. Bobby, Todd - all the staff were so kind and welcoming. As I was checking out after my 2 week stay, (which I did extend!) my housekeeper, Sharon, says "You have been lovely, you haven't asked for anything." Due to her excellence and care, I truly never needed a thing for an incredible famiy visit. And I get to come back in May!…

Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Units are spacious and clean. Also, quiet being late September. Not sure how quiet things would be in the summer. Great staff

It was our first time at The Sands Resort, last week in August, but it will not be the last. We had an excellent stay. Our unit was nice, clean and spacious enough (it's a small apartment). It even had a kitchen with all the necessary accessories to make our life easier. It had a little balcony with 2 confortable chairs. The resort also offers a fitness center. The location is perfect, far enough from the board walk to have a quiet night sleep but close enough to walk to the beach. Bobby and Heather are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's also open all year round.

Just got back from a fantastic weekend at the Sands - of course they can't take credit for the amazing weather! At the behest of others in my party, I have tried several other facilities along Ashworth ave - they have nothing over the Sands - so they have a pool, the ocean is across the street! This was my second visit in two weeks. The first the room was clean, but bare bones, no cups in the bathroom, no paper towels, no ice cube trays, no soap bars. Not a deal breaker. This time I came prepared - but didn't need to be. I wonder if there may be some inconsistencies with the housekeeping staff.. I have one more trip later this month. Let's see what I get 2 out of 3! Still you can't beat the location or the value.

Staff was great, room was clean and it looks like they have started to update somethings but still lacking in some areas. Having the kitchenette is always a plus. The price was great compared to other hotels, and they even gave us the AAA discount. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at the Sands Resort several times in the past 10 years throughout the summer and I can say unconditionally that it is a fantastic place to stay. The location is very convenient to the beach and the boardwalk. The accommodations are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have kitchens for guests that want to cook. The resort offers a fitness center and laundry facilities. The price is very fair and affordable and one that I consider well worth it. The service is great as well, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. This is the only place I stay when I visit Hampton and I have had very good luck. I enjoy my time at the Sands and I am sure anyone who is looking for a quality resort will enjoy it as well.

Had an excellent stay at the Sands Resort with our family of 4 (June 2022), our room was *very* nice and clean. What we also like about the Sands is that it's far enough from the board walk noise for a quiet night sleep and close enough to walk to the beach (2 minute walk, can't beat the location of this place, just parked our car at the hotel and didn't need it until we left). Bobby the manager and his wife Heather are very nice and friendly people, they really take good care of the place, we definately recommend this place when visiting Hampton Beach!

The resort was very accommodating, everyone there was very helpful with anything that we needed. The room was nice and clean. Whenever we asked for anything they would make sure that we had it right away. We had a great vacation and would recommend anyone to stay there.

DO NOT, I repeat do not stay here. Went there through RCI and stayed only 2 nites of 7 nite reservation. "Resort" so incredibly dirty and stinky inside and out it gave us the Heebie-jeebies. We paid $780 out-of-pocket for another hotel to stay our remaining 5 nites. If we could have left the 1st night we would have, but we arrived around 9PM on Fri after a 10 hour flight and could not find a hotel for Sat PM.
