The bathroom had, what I hope is not mold in the bathroom but my son in law, was sick up until we left. The pool is closed for the summer. Breakfast truck was late so Monday breakfast was toast, boiled eggs, oatmeal. The air conditioning was broke, they showed NO empathy or explanation. The elevators were dirty and the wet sign was in the elevator 2 days. Light was missing switch, so we had to unplug to turn off. The wall system did not control air conditioner. The couch had rips in the cushions. The keys kept deactivating and everyday of the visit, some multiple times in a day, we had to get new keys. Rust was leaking from the faucet in the bathroom. A wash cloth was dirty. To keep it short, they are not maintaining the hotel, under the Marriott standards and I have been staying at this location, since first opened. There are pictures below. My husband removed the washcloth before I can get a picture, it looked like someone, wiped their ear.…

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were all helpful. Check in was touchless through the app, although I couldn’t get my phone to work as a key. I appreciated that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in refillable containers leading to less plastic waste. I was very happy that at breakfast there was oat milk available. As a vegan who is also gluten free I never expect to eat at a hotel breakfast. Here I had bananas and apples and peanut butter. If only vegan then there was oatmeal and cereal available as well. They had a gluten free muffin but it had dairy. Location is very convenient right off 95. I would definitely stay here again. I’m rating a 4 because there isn’t EV charging.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was very profesional, efficient and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and there was lots of choice. This hotel is worth a stop. We were extremely pleased with the staff, location, amenities and breakfast (which is included)

I have to say that honestly this is, by far, one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was HUGE - I was traveling alone and had a queen size bed with the couch/daybed/trundle bed. I loved that the refrigerator and microwave were hidden away unless I needed them. And that bathroom? Absolutely gorgeous, especially with the lighting! I did everything through the app, from checking in to checking out to asking where the ice machine was located, and it went very smoothly. I also loved that the television was on when I arrived saying, "Good evening Randi," and was updated throughout the day and at the end of my trip. It may seem silly, but it was such a nice little personal touch. The breakfast was great, and I can't speak on the staff interactions only because I had none! I had no complaints and because I could do everything through the Marriott app, I didn't need to interact with anyone. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again. …

Great, clean, modern hotel. Like new, certainly hasn’t been open for long. No complaints with the room, was spacious with a lovely bathroom, good comfortable beds. My only criticism was that the front desk was not as welcoming or pleasant as previous stays in US hotels. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Hotel is in a great location to explore New Hampshire’s beaches and the beaches of Southern Maine

Our king room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We found the couch/daybed/trundle bed extremely uncomfortable to actually sit on as a couch, so that was disappointing. We stayed here 3 nights and even though I saw housekeeping staff everyday, the hallway was obviously not vacuumed, and the elevator door/buttons were not cleaned/sanitized.

We are so sorry that you were disappointed in our couch and that our hallways were not vacuumed during your stay! Our housekeepers are working extremely hard at cleaning 104 rooms daily and at times may not be able to get to vacuuming the hallways as often as we would hope for. Wow. Wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was soooo helpful and took care of everything even if we arrived way before checkin time. Room was spacious and clean and brand new. Just 5 minutes drive from Hampton beach. I can only recommend this hotel.

I am an Elite Marriott member and stay at 20-30 properties each year. This is a brand new built property and I had very high expectations for our overnight stay here. Upon arrival, our keys had not been activated on our APP so we had to check in with a front desk staff. The woman that checked us in was very difficult with attitude. Not a good start. Upon exiting the elevator, there was a plastic bin placed in the hall that stated “Place Used Towels Here”. With my extensive travel that I do, I have never seen such a towel bin in any other property. When taking a shower in the morning, I noticed many hairs in the shower stall. That disgusted me that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Clearly they have a housekeeping issue going on at this property and until they get staffed and managed properly, I would never choose to stay here again. During this vacation, we had four hotel changes with this one being our final stop. It was absolutely both couples least favorite of the entire trip. Disgrace to the Marriott name.…

All aspects of our stay were pleasant and comfortable from the spacious room layout to the delicious breakfast and our interactions with staff. Looks like a new hotel. I would stay here again. Need a car to get to restaurants except for the one next door. The beach is 10 minutes away. Portsmouth is about a 20 minute drive.

Bliss! I was property opened 3 1/2 years ago, so given it was close to pandemic pandemonium it is still like new. Conveniently located it is within easy proximity of Salisbury State Reservation in MA, Southern Maine beaches, 15 minutes from Hampton Beach, and a hop to Portsmouth. The staff is friendly, accommodating and hard working. Alvin checked me in and the next morning he was supervising breakfast and handling the front desk. Easy parking and on/off access to I95. A restaurant is within walking distance. Other restaurants and grocery stores down the road. Sparkling clean and well appointed suites. My new go to for a quick. Beach getaway.
