Do not waste your money. The place is dirty, we were literally offered drugs within minutes of being there, in front of my two children, we were told to lock our doors because we were unsafe there. I was called a racist remark. The staff tries to come off nice but they are extremely unprofessional and have hung up on me multiple times when I asked for my money back because we were there 15 minutes and left. I told them to do the right thing considering the illegal things they have going on there and what we went through and they won’t even talk to me. So I’m warning everyone to not waste your money, don’t get fooled by the price, it is cheap for a reason. Horrible experience!!!!!!

The Room was dirty. All they do is sweep floors they do not mop them. The sheets on one off the beds was dirty when we checked in. Showers had mold in them. The refrigerator was dirty and did not work. they did replace it. I will not stay here again and would not recommend to any one.

I wrote to the motel when I booked 2 days in advance to make sure my friend and I had 2 separate beds and a kitchenette to make some food. No answer. On the way there, we finally got many emails from them because they wanted to know when we were checking in, but we had no network. Without anyone to welcome us, we had to check ourselves in and get the key behind the counter. The room is a good size and could be very comfortable if well-equipped. The kitchenette is there, but there is no cups, cutlery so you need to bring your own stuff if you want to make something good. Next to the Patriots mug, there was an hash pipe, that's original! The smell in the room is bad and it's not clean at all. Painting is cracked, the beds... have seen a lot of movement and they are not comfortable at all. No one greeted us at any point during our 2-night stay and discovered we were charged and extra 3% for credit card payment. Who charges 3% extra (from $250, it's a lot) for a credit card payment in 2019 in the US?? Even the garbage deposit area is falling apart. The cleanest part is the parking lot. Only the wifi works and it works well, fortunately. This place was the lowest value for money in all my past bookings, not recommended at all

Room 20 was discussing dirty. Looked like someone was living in the room and just left before we arrived. AC did not work. Black stuff inside of the toilet which by the way was plugged. We arrived at 10pm and after viewing the dirty room we went to the office to complain and no one was there...door locked. We called the motel and only got an answering machine. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, webs in corner, hair on pillow case, odd smell. They gave me another room and it had little black specs of debris between sheets. Drove 13 hrs to visit my family. They refused to refund my deposit.

This place was awful. No WiFi during our stay, our reservation was double booked so we had to wait an extra day for a room we reserved. Had to ask for towels, sketchy people hanging around outside, had to check in an hour late because the room was not clean even though after it was “cleaned” it didn’t look like it was touched. Bedding wasn’t matching, all linens were damp.. show certain hasn’t been hanged. The place should be looked over by the city or board of health. If you have a choice of another place pick anywhere else.

My uncle and auntie spent a half a night at the emerald isle and they got in a fight with the manager on duty about the dirtyness of the room, then having theor car broken into. Lots of sketchy people hanging around outside the motel. The motel would not refund my uncles money. The room they received was "newly renovated" looked nice but was dirty. Very sorry almost Like someone was living in there for months or something and just moved all their stuff out but didn't clean anything. Tub had gross dirt circle around it still. Just didnt got my families needs. My uncles car was broken into and only the change in the center console was stolen everything else was there but tossed throughout the car. No help at all from owner/manager. My family nor myself would go back. Prices were fair, but if they would have helped my uncle and aunt would have stayes the other 2 nights they originally booked for. We will not be back

It is an old fashioned motor court. The price is reasonable for the seacoast area. Nice outdoor pool. Friendly staff. However do not expect daily housekeeping other than getting fresh towels and collecting trash. Nice refrigerator and microwave in each room. The shower temp is not hot, no matter how long you run it. The bed was comfortable. This place makes sense if you are spending most of your time out and about.

The Staff were very friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The Room was basic. Kitchenette had 1 spoon, 1 fork, bottle opener, 2 pans, 1 coffee cup{no coffee maker}, 2 plates and paper bowls. Fridge was a half size with great freezer. The Bathroom was TINY with no room to put anything or even turn around with out knocking things over. We were left 2 sets of towels for 4 people. The beds had clean white sheets on them and fairly new comforters but he beds sagged into the middle leaving me clinging to the edge. We left the AC on full all the time because it barely worked and it was a replacement thrown in the window. The Room was not clean! Shower had black stuff in the corners, the doors had stuff all over them and the hardwood floor left our feet black in 5 minutes! WiFi was week at best and not really available in the room. Unless you are going to party I wouldn't recommend this place. I had read the reviews and went with an open mind. I can see where they have made upgrades but it didn't meet our basic expectations.

I was nervous, but shouldn't have been. It is a motel, so as expected the rooms were small, and the decor sparse. Clearly this motel is being upgraded, one item at a time. Room was meticulously clean, The beds were the most incredibly mattress i have ever slept on. The A/C was older, but worked... The owner was quite possibly the nicest man I have ever met. I was up early and sitting outside and he offered to bring me over a cup of coffee. Incredibly nice. Pool was great, many families, off the strip but very quiet. I would stay here again without hesitation.
