This property is close to downtown & beach plus reasonable rates! It is a typical older beach property, no fancy amenities but clean and location was great! Breakfast spot across street for coffe, one block off beach, quiet, night security, 2 blocks from store never had to move my car in 3 days😃Lots of parking, Gino the proprietor was helpful!...

This property is worn around the edges. For example, several of the outdoor chairs between the front office and our room had cracked pieces. The room itself was dark and musty with an extremely worn bedspread, The towels were pathetically thin and you could hear all of the plumbing from the other rooms. These could have be overlooked until discovering...

My family and I have been staying at this motel for 20 years nows. We have never had issue until this year. We booked our rooms a little more than a month ago and as we started to unpack our things into the two rooms we realized that the refrigerator didn't work in one room and the air conditioner didn't...

Every year my family goes to Hampton beach. We have been staying at that motel for years. We got along very well with the owner at the time (her son owns it now) and never had any problems. But this year had to be the WORST year ever. We had reserved two rooms a month before coming here. A single...

My sister, her husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for the Seafood Festival. We found the people to be pleasant and very nice. Told us several times that if we needed something to please let them know. The room and bathroom were very clean. Linens clean and beds comfortable. We swam in the nice clean pool and enjoyed...

We went to see a show at the ballroom casino and simply wanted a room for the night. We didn't mind that the room was tiny and outdated. We always bring our own blankets and simply wanted a bed. We were not prepared for what we would walk into when we walked back to our car from the beach with...

Bad, Bad and Bad!!! We stayed for Seafood Festival weekend. The owner was rude. He displayed this attitude to everyone. The room was dirty and the windows didn't open. The air conditioner didn't work. While showering the water was inconsistent hot, cold and colder. There was hair in the drain from previous guest. The pool was not open during posted...

I stayed at the Tides motel less than a mile down the road from Wednesday night to Saturday morning. The Tides motel was not the best place, but it was a place to stay where you were not bothered. My mother, her husband, and my three year old nephew, decided to stay at the Dolphyn motel. There are absolutely no...

We stopped in here for a night's stay due to the fact they had a vacancy. We had already been in the area for 2 nights but our hotel was already booked when we wanted to extend our stay! We stopped in the office to check the rate for the night and the gentleman who I think is the owner...
