The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the breakfast staff! Working so hard to provide breakfast for everyone with a smile on their faces. Otherwise, I was not impressed at all. For almost $280 our room smelled like mold, rug and floors were damp the entire time and the bathroom floor had hairs everywhere, toilet seat lever was broken. Went to ask for a new room and was told the hotel was booked, so we stayed in the room but as I was unpacking all my clothes smelled like mildew. Hotel needs an upgrade if they’re going to charge that much for one night!!!

Hotel's Favourite
Clean comfortable room, Good breakfast, Great employees... We've stayed there a few times while visiting Hampton Beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again The breakfast attendants we're right on top of things.... The grandkids loved the pool. Close enough to Hampton Beach to be there in a few minutes. Not having to pay the ridiculous oceanfront rental rates was worth it... We use the money we saved on hotel to have more fun on the beach LOL.

The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff was outstanding. On our first night, an unruly wedding party woke us up at 1am and we contacted the front desk. The front office personnel handled the problem quickly and efficiently. The next morning, they offered us an upgraded room away from the wedding party. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. The pool was awesome and the breakfast was first rate. Carlos and Josie couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. We've stayed in much higher price hotels that didn't offer the amenities and service we received at The Inn at Hampton. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit in the Fall.

The breakfast options are the best! Clean eating area super friendly employees Carlos and Josie ! Rooms are clean ! Sister vacation off to great start ! Hot water could be a little better for showering but still a good shower ! Clean bathroom !

Breakfast was great each morning. Carlos was helpful and made for a great start to the day. Pool was nice and warm to relax in. The room was nice, had good channels on the TV. The beds were very comfortable and made sleeping easy. There could be a few updates but for the price it was good.

Enjoying a trip to NH, so thought I would stay at this hotel for my visit since I am a Diamond member. Rooms were dated, showers needed updating and had a problem with my plumbing. Asked front desk to have someone look into the problem while I was out, but when I returned, nothing was fixed. Asked again but no real assistance. Cannot recommend staying here.

The Best Western Plus The Inn At Hampton was a lovely stay. Me and my mother stayed for the week and booked it last minute. We had a room with 2 beds and the room was large with a high ceiling. There are no elevators but the building only had 2 floors, so not so bad. The bathroom was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast area was very nice with a wonderful free breakfast. Carlos, one of the managers at the hotel was very respectful and accommodating which is a breath of fresh air at hotels like this. The pool is as clean as you'd expect, but very very warm. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would happily come again.

Carlos who worked at breakfast was so nice. He helped by cleaning up are plates. He was so nice to the kids and he was super nice to talk to. He made conversation with you and really made the morning for great for everyone. He was super hard working but still found a way to make the morning awesome. Carlos was an amazing worker and definitely has an amazing personality.

There is very little sound dampening in the hotel, might as well left the door open, we could hear everyone in the hallway. The toilet dropped into the floor from the tank, I let the hotel staff know. The walls and carpet, fixtures, really needed an update. We liked the wp4 wood ceiling in our room. Overall like a 6/10 but the staff were so pleasant and the pool was nice and warm, made it a solid 8/10
