We did not stay here but came for a sleigh ride, which was a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and the ice skating looks really awesome (we plan to come back for that sometime in the future). We did the cheaper sleigh ride option and it still was great fun.

My Boyfriend and I decided to do dinner and a sleigh ride on Christmas Eve. Neither one of us had ever been on one and thought it would be a great way to enjoy our evening. He booked us our reservations. We arrived there a few minutes early. He had booked the Private ride for the 2 of us and...

We stayed 4 nights in grand Victorian and 1 night in regular villa. Grand Victorian was amazing. Both units were spotless and the grounds were so much fun. We greatly enjoyed the use of both pools and had the place almost to ourselves for the first few days. They also have pedal carts that my girls had a blast with....

This is the second time we've stayed in their Victorian Village. Check in is at 3:30. We arrived at 6pm on Thursday 2/7/13. Because of the impending Blizzard, we were the only ones checking in that day. (Only saw 1 other car in the lot.) Got our keys, and headed to our suite. Upon entering, we discovered that the suite...

Beautiful place! Stayed for 2 nights. Sleigh ride was great, so romantic and well done. The staff was so attentive and friendly. We had a fire place in two rooms and it was so cozy and warm. Also, the place was in great condition and well kept.

We rented a full unit - there were 8 of us. The estate is beautiful, charming and relaxing! We were there for 3 nights. Fireplaces on the property in the gazebos to keep everyone warm after our skating and sleigh ride! You are on your own as far as "maid service"....but if you rented a house/condo somewhere it would be...

We have stayed at the victorian condos, on the property of Nestlenook several times since 2001 and until this trip we were consistently satisfied but not this time. Maid service was lacking, towels are in need of replaciing and in general the property has not been maintained. Outside the wrought iron railings are in disrepair, wood shows signs of rot...

We just returned from a 3 nights weekend with my parents, my daughter and her spouse and their 7 months son. We are proud of our choice of the Nestlenook Resort. It was almost like the pictures we saw on their website. Place was clean, enough space for everybody. There was 3 TV, one in the master bedroom, one in...

We stayed here in the past and were surprised to see the resort in such poor condition. The rugs in the den were filthy and stained. The towels were threadbare and ripped on the edges several of the towels had obvious stains on them. The pool and spa was actually very dangerous the railing was loose getting out of the...
