Staff at Mondanock Inn were gracious, inviting, very helpful as we celebrated my husband's birthday; stayed at the Inn over President's w/e and did cross country skiing, sleigh ride, and visited Cathedral of the Pines....all of which was in the area. Parson's Pub was the place to be after a sumptuous meal at the Inn's Thorndike restaurant. Everything under one...

The Monadnock Inn is a warm, inviting place with a welcoming pub and an excellent dining room. You can hang out in the pub, go to dinner across the foyer, and go upstairs to bed -- all in one great location. Breakfasts were very good. All-in-all, a very comfortable country inn, built in the early 1800s.

Lovely, cozy Parsons Pub. Great seasonal menu, fabulous mixed drinks, nicely edited wine and beer lists. The veal schnitzel is always delicious and you cannot go wrong with the fish and chips. Friendly, capable servers, the best host and bartender, Max, and all the New England/New Hampshire charm you could ask for.

My wife and I stayed at the Monadnock Inn for 1 night. The facility was OK. We arrived early and asked the Hostess for suggestions what we could do for a few hours. She suggested driving to nearby Peterborough, NH for which she gave us directions. On the way there we saw and stopped at the Terrapin Glassworks, which we...

We needed a place to sleep after a party in Dublin, before returning to Cambridge. The Monadnock Inn was recommended by our hostess. It is in an attractive colonial-style house, built in 1825. Although it could do with some updating, it is very comfortable, with good sized bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Plenty of hot water to shower in the morning,...

This is our second stay at Monadnock Inn, first in 2012...comfortable, low-key, delicious coffee. Safe place to store our bicycles on the second floor porch. Third floor room with window fan kept us cool enough, and kept out street noise. Solid breakfast, good supper. Reliable.

We stayed in Monadnock Inn for two night at the end of June. This is an old inn so of course you hear you neighbors and the room has the size of that time but it is such a wonderful experience. We were there with our kids (7 and 0) and they enjoyed as well. We had booked the double...

Sitting on the Monadnock Inn porch on a warm summer evening with our daughter and her husband is a pleasure we are lucky to have every summer when they visit us from Texas.
