We were traveling as part of a large group with multiple rooms booked. One of the families was seperated from everyone else and was booked across the road at the other hotel building. They paid an extra 70 per night to be able to stay with the rest of the family... Then the key they were issued didn't work, so...

We went to this place in 2014 for the New Year celebration in Santa's Village. I booked this place way ahead of time. When we got there we were given a room with dripping facet, a remote that didn't work and something else. Someone came to fix it but it didn't work. I requested for another room because the bathroom...

We came with a large group of friends and family. Kids were able to hang close by in hotel room while adults enjoyed the Whiskey Barrel and it's awesome Live Band music. We have scheduled another family/friend vacation and hope that the Live music is back! We had a blast.

First off the main reason to stay here for us was due to its proximity to Santa's village, which is a great nearby theme park. The hotel itself is reasonably impressive considering the price we paid. The view across the foliage at the time of year we stayed (September) is also spectacular. We had one major issue to start which...

The heater in our room wasn't working. Since the hotel was booked out and the night manager couldn't fix it, we were given a small electric heater which worked OK, over an hour after the complaint. The bathroom and shower could use a renovation. Breakfast could have been nice, but everything was out. The breakfast room is way too small...

We booked ahead. Arrived late left early. Had no real expectation of anything special. The entire trip on our way to Maine, we discovered that no restaurants at all open past 6pm Don't take a chance. Eat early then continue driving. We like to drive then check in then go out to eat. Not in upper PA.

Went for a weekend trip to take the kids 2 and 4 to Santa's Village. We had a corner room with 2 King Beds. It was spacious enough, and we had a BEAUTIFUL mountain view. It was breathtaking really. Employees were very accomodating, and our children enjoyed time in the pool, along with the small playground that overlooked the mountains...

is good enough to come back to...5 mins. to Santa's Village...we stayed in rooms across the road from main building. These rooms need a little upgrading. Ask for the main building everything is there - pool, game room, breakfast, Restaurant and Bar.
