The Littleton Motel being unavailable for the cold season, we ended up at the Maple Leaf. This has proven a good back up choice in the past and once again we were not disappointed. A 5/10 minute walk to downtown, large, clean rooms & nice grounds. We had room # 14 which includes a sofa bed and a full kitchenette... More

The room with fully equipped kitchen was spacious and the beds very comfortable . The bedding and towels spotlessly clean . The owners were very friendly and helpful . There was also a nice outside pool and sitting out facilities . This Motel was only a 5/6 minute walk into the main town of Littleton which had some good places... More

Stopped at this place while touring the White Mountains on a motorcycle. Man at desk was very personable and polite. Room was rustic, clean, and did not smell musty like so many rooms. You are able to park your cycle right outside of your room. There are chairs and tables outside room if you want to sit outside. Amenities were... More

We stayed for 2 days and had a kitchenette. The kitchenette is not big but it has all you need to cook. The rest of the unit is quite big with a sofa bed, 2 chairs, queen bed. It's about 10 min. from Franconia Notch Park. The pool and big and clean. It's also very quiet. They serve complimentary coffee... More

Despite being an older motel complex, the owners wisely have put their $ in to making the rooms modern yet pleasant! There was coffee in the lobby for morning and ice on request. Sound was well buffered from other rooms. Made me want to linger and read a magazine in the morning instead of getting the heck out. Wish all!... More

This was a typical Mom and Pop motel. Was like taking a trip back to the 60's. Old style window A/C. Room could have used a fresh coat of paint and new caulking around shower. Was dingy looking from age. The room was clean and bed was ok. Need coffee in room for early raisers. Would stay again if in... More

While on a long trip to visit family, i was passing through the quaint little town of Littleton, and found myself in need of a place to stay. What I found was much more than that: I found the most accommodating, cleanest, friendliest motel I have ever had the great and sincere pleasure to stay in. The rooms were impeccable!... More
