Terrible experience. When we booked we were never told there would be a wedding party staying. The wedding party guests yelled, sang on balcony and banged on floor past 2am. NO HOT WATER for shower in am. Shades in LR broken no privacy from busy street. BR counter had contact lense and eye makeup pencil shaving left. Had to call Manager...

Very lovely high end resort...but could use a little TLC to come back into the 5 star arena. Basically a winter ski resort; however summer users found small touches a little lacking..restaurant hours...unpleasant odor in resort store..no blender in kitchen...no privacy in loft bedroom....dirty outdoor hottub....loved roomy accommodations....very nice staff

The rooms were well kept and spacious. My daughter her and friend enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pools. I loved the spa, a great way to relax and felt like a princess during my services! The hotel was quiet and staff were friendly. We'll be going back next year!

Everything went extremely well until our last night in the restaurant. Our waitress, Portia, was left with no way to start the fireplace gas burner. We tried also, but to no avail. Recommend training be given to the front desk people on how to start the fieplace between the restaurant and the main lobby, especially when the outside temperature is...

Suites have kitchettes, gas fireplace, living room and a second room set up with either another sleeping area or another couch, and a desk. Hotel staff could not have been nicer and more supportive. Quiet location and daily cleaning. Outdoor pool was opened Memorial Weekend and there is an indoor pool and large hot tubs. I did not make use...

This is a beautiful rustic resort. The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. The jets in the hot tub were amazing! We just wanted to relax and that was possible here. The staff was friendly and helpful! We will definitely be going back!

Our stay went really well. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We ate at the restaurant which was great for us given that we have three kids between the ages of 13-7. We just want our kids fed without having to wait too long. If you want a more intimate...

We. Have been to many resorts in the last 25 years and this is the friendliest. Justin went out of his way when I needed my glasses repaired. Lenscrafter'said they couldn't be fixed but ,Reed Optical fixed them. Heather always welcomed you with a beautiful smile. The housekeeping staff stopped whatever they were doing to help you without you having...

The decor is so outdated. The mattress was lumpy. The tiles on the kitchen floor were cracked. The room was hot and couldn't control from room. The young girl at desk needs lots of training. She had no clue on anything I asked. She did however know how to use he cellphone since that's all she did every time we...

Thank you for your observations. I am concerned that your stay wasn't to the level that you can see by other's reviews; is customary. Mountain Edge Resort; as can be seen on our virtual tours and from our extensive online photo's, is a rustic Adirondack style property. All our units are post and beam and furnished with hand crafted solid...
