This Christmas, we once again chose the Cabernet Inn’s Christmas Dinner package for our Christmas Day celebration. This was our third Christmas visit and it was another excellent choice. Jessica and Bruce are always welcoming, gracious and accommodating hosts. The comfort of their guests is Job #1. The Inn is meticulous and decorated beautifully with the wonderful warmth of Christmas....

The Cabernet Inn offers a Christmas Meal for guests, which is a nice offering given the limited restaurants open on the holiday. We planned our getaway a couple weeks before and were excited to try a different B&B. The first thing we noticed was how beautiful the Inn is decorated and how clean and inviting it is. All the rooms...

Nice ambiance. Innkeeper gives a tour of the house including gathering room downstairs with glasses and ice if you bring a drink. Not enough seating there given the number of guests. Excellent home made breakfast featuring walnut stuffed french toast or traditional eggs. Spic and span rooms and baths. Rooms often cleaned while you eat breakfast. Travel light since rooms...

The Cabernet Inn is a lovely, quaint B&B, traditional in style but with modern high quality service from the owners Bruce and Jessica. This isn't the place to go for all the modern fandangles, like multichannel TVs in the room, ultra fast wifi, or mobile phones at the dining tables. There's one TV in the lounge, and they have a...

Good location and nice Roos. Very good, great hosts, and the best touch is a made to order breakfast. Can't say more- good room, comfortable room with bathroom. Wish we had our own TV in our room, the only TV is in the common room and that was a Lyle challenging as we wanted to watch the presidential debate. I...

Great place to stay to see the Fall colours. Spent three nights here 8th - 11th October during peak fall and the colours were eye poppingly vibrant and beautiful. Jessica and Bruce are lovely hosts and make you feel welcome and very much at home. Jessica is very talented in the kitchen (you are obviously doing a good job of...

As previous reviewers have said, this is a well-located Inn, with friendly hosts and great breakfasts. Just a few small things would make it even better. First, be careful in your choice of room. Ours, although pleasant enough, was semi-basement so quite dark, so always had to have the lights on. The lighting itself wasn't very bright. There is a...

Our host, Bruce, greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel welcome right away. He was very helpful in providing tips on local restaurants for dinner our first night too. Jessica provides several delicious breakfast choices each day. I selected the daily special Maple walnut stuffed french toast while my husband had the blueberry pancakes. Great food and clean...

The place was clean and breakfast was filling. The large walk-in shower was great, but the bed was too soft for our comfort. We did not hear that much traffic, even though the place is right on Rt 16. It is in a good location for the town and driving to the mountains.

We have stayed at quite a few B&Bs in the White Mountains and many of them have been simply fabulous. This one is just a cut above the others. The details in the service and care of the owners (Bruce and Jessica) is the differentiator here. If you tried (and loved ) B&Bs in the White Mountains. .......give this one...
