The rooms were super accommodating, cozy and roomy. Hope to go back again next year. The indoor/outdoor pool was very cool, kids loved it. There was a room we could rent to have a team party. Worked out perfect. Great little town square also!

Looking forward to your return next year!! Very appreciative of your time to reflect upon your stay; the accommodations, pool, function space and the Valley's town square. Its wonderful that you enjoyed all the Valley and Black Bear Lodge have to offer!

Had a pleasant stay. Lovely town, nice and clean condo and very friendly service. We forgot some of our luggage and that was taken care of by the staff in a very customer-friendly manner. Would love to come back!!!More

Location is excellent. Short walk to town square. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room furnishings were very dated. Kitchen cabinet door hinges were loose. Very dark even with all lights on. Pool has been closed for months with no notice on website.More

Unfortunately our pool is being renovated. Notification is received at time of reservation and in our confirmation letters that the onsite pool is closed. Luckily the Waterville Valley Freedom Pass opens the door to multiple swimming options; Corcoran Pond, White Mountain Athletic Club with an...More

There are three floors, and yes there are elevators. Room 314 is beautiful, king bed, twin bed with trundle and comfortable sleeper sofa. Oh and 2 big TV'S in the room.
