We stayed here for one night on the way up to Canada. It was a perfect stop-over for us with our three little kids. Downstairs the place is very lively, upstairs it was quiet and with a classic ccharm of an Inn in the mountains.
It simply doesn't get better than the Woodstock Inn, Station & Brewery! We have stayed there for 17 years in a row and hope to go back for the next 17 years (at least, if not more). We love staying at the Inn and the...More

Thank you guys for the kind words!!! We are grateful to have such an amazing 'family' at the inn. It has been 35 years and growing. Look forward to seeing you guys soon!
This hotel is not a cookie cutter hotel. It is more of an old school experience that you have to be expecting or I could imagine certain people not liking it. But if you are in the proper mind set of wanting to relax in...More
Great Food, really nice location with swimming hole right across the street. I didn't stay in the Inn, but the food was great. Outside seating was very nice as well. Its a laid back place so bring the kids and don't worry about the noise....More
Would recommend the fish tacos. Nice beer selection. Waiter brought our food and disappeared. Had to scrounge around for utensils. Waiter didn't return until it was time to leave. And he never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. There are...More

The Flume is behind the Cascade Lodge. The entrance is off the porch. The Flume is the only room in the Sawyer with direct access to the porch, not to say that it's restricted to Flume guests. There are chairs on the porch and would be fine for porch-sitting, when the weather conditions allow. Noise from the room next door ? Unfortunately, yes. But then again, how thick should the walls be made to muffle the voices and activities of some ill mannered, discourteous guests. We have stayed in the Flume on several occasions, and only on this last stay did we experience the latter situation.
