Stayed one night in the area for a family event this weekend. Everyone on staff that I encountered was super friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, employees wore masks, and the location was good. For the price I paid it's hard to ask for more. I only have one complaint and the hotel really isn't at fault, but they had guests from what looked like a wedding in the bar area when I returned back to the hotel late at night, they were very loud and very rude. I actually felt bad for the employees. Once the bar closed it thankfully settled down. I'm sure that's not a nightly occurrence though, and I would stay here again.

Only stayed one night as in the area for a wedding. No issues checking in as staff was pleasant. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Easy access to highway and close to Rt. 287. Would recommend.

We've stayed at this hotel while visiting family on two other occasions (prior to Covid) and always found the hotel to be perfectly acceptable and the staff to be friendly and accommodating... this is our first visit post-Covid and I have to say that there are definitely differences in the hotel from two years ago. The room was OK, bed and bedding very comfortable, but the overall appearance and cleanliness of the public spaces in this hotel has definitely gone downhill. The carpets in the hallways, stairways and lobby are filthy and the elevators are dirty and in need of a serious cleaning. Also, we were very disappointed to learn that the maid service has not resumed at this hotel and if you want your room cleaned and towels replaced, you have to notify the front desk the day before. The lobby bar is only open on Friday and Saturday, the bistro only serves breakfast and no other prepared food is available at the hotel -- the hotel previously had offered breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and the bar had been open 7 days a week. I understand that Covid hit this area hard, but if the hotel wants to continue to charge the same rate for your stay, they need to resume full operations, including maid service and food service. We would like to continue to give our business to this hotel, but they need to clean it, refresh the public spaces and reopen fully -- if that doesn't happen, then we will be taking our hotel business elsewhere.

Awesome location right off the highway. I stayed here for one night and when I got there the hotel was packed with people. A few wedding groups were staying here as well as a girls sports team. Upon my arrival they asked if I was with any of the groups and not being with any of them they put me far away from any of the groups and noise and I thought that was very nice. My room was very clean and my area of the floor was very quiet. There is a place to purchase coffee in the morning as well as a coffee pot in your room. My only complaint with this hotel as well as MOST hotels, is the smoking area which is directly outside the main door. There were a few people outside smoking right next to the door that you would enter into the hotel. The lobby stunk terribly of smoke. It was really awful. An are across from the main entrance needs to be established so that as you enter into the hotel you are not walking through a cloud of smoke from those that wish to smoke. The staff was very friendly.

Stayed here for a quick overnight. The grounds and the condition of the hotel overall are nice. The rooms were standard sizes but were in need of some more care. I’ve seen big spider daddy long legs before , but seeing them in your shower wasn’t a great welcome . Then one of the double beds had dirt and hairs on the sheets which creeped me out. Cleanliness during the pandemic is so important and thus was a big fail in my book.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the issues experienced during your stay. We want every guest to have a great experience at our hotel, and it appears that we fell short of that. The hotel does have a very detailed and thorough cleaning protocol, so we will take this as an opportunity to review our process to make improvements. We do hope that you will stay with us again in the future so that we can provide you a much better experience.
