The washer and Dryers are broken, like all of them. The cleaning staff use old dirty tools because the room smelled like old dish water mixed with air freshener. The staff, although polite, were very standoffish. The bathroom was sticky from floor to ceiling. The room itself was very dated. I would never have come if it was for a convention.
Would stay here again. Staff was nice, had Red Robin connected to the hotel, pool was well maintained and the water was warm, rooms were clean, full size bed for 2 people is a bit tight would have preferred a queen. Property outside and inside is well maintained. It was nice to have breakfast included, wish there was more variety but overall it was a nice option to have. We had a connecting room and really enjoyed our stay.
We were very disappointed with the noise control. The walls were paper thin and every conversation in hall or rooms next door could easily be heard. The doors slammed shut if you were not careful to close them so we heard doors slamming all night. I would jump out of my sleep from the noise. The hallway of our floor smelled heavily like marijuana. The breakfast was really good and the most enjoyable part of the stay. I also liked that RedRobin was attached to the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel.
When things go wrong and end up right, more than what we expected and how a well trained and friendly staff help to make the stay right. We like the red robbin attached to the building even though they didnt have any power
Another adequate stay at La Quinta Inn. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave perfect directions to the American Dream Mall. My room was clean and comfortable. I believe a big part of your perception of a hotel stay has to do with your neighbors. Next door was a family with a loud and hyperactive child. Luckily he was asleep early and woke up around the same time as I did. But for the time he was awake, he kept running in his room and screaming. One of the reasons I enjoy staying at La Quinta Inn is their breakfast. A recent stay at a La Quinta Inn in Lancaster, PA, had one of the worst breakfast buffets I’ve had at a La Quinta. But here it was nice to see scrambled eggs back on the menu, although I wish they had bacon in addition to sausage. The only complaint would be their plastic utensils were flimsy and broke easily. The only small drawback is that when you are coming from New York City and headed west, you can’t cut across the highway to get to the hotel so you need to get off an exit and circle around. Entrance a pain…
Bathroom had mold wifi is slow breakfast was nice night staff is rude I would stay against it if was the last resort there was a flood and the mold room are still being rented I was told my rate would be adjusted and it never was
Bryan is amazing manager and has his team on point! You will not be disappointed! Its Clean, family friendly, has an amazing staff, great breakfast , and security is present to keep all safe ! Parking is the only issue on weekend ,but I guess that's expected with such a great hotel!
Except for a rude staff member at the check in all other services were very good. All other staff members acted in a very professional manner. The Hotel is close to many amenities which was very convenient. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety.
SMALL beds, dirty shower, dirty pillows, rude staff, slow internet, tv only works when it wants to, elevator only works half the time. I will never waste my money here again, regardless of location. Complete waste
Attractive building, friendly staff and clean room and bath. Breakfast was more than adequate. I did not use the pool but it looked to be a good size and there was also a work-out room. I would stay here again if I need to return to this area.
