Very satisfied with my stay here. Here on business for a few days. I usually try to stay at "suites" hotels if I am there for more than a day or two. I saw this hotel was a short 5-minute drive to the office and had consistently good reviews. Large parking lot. Efficient check-in process. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern hallways and rooms. Rooms had kitchenette with stovetop, dinnerware, coffee maker, microwave and full-sized refrigerator. Large wall-mounted TV on swivel mount with lots of channels and free HBO. Also internet TV like youtube available. Comfy bed with clean sheets. Efficient room temperature controls. Desk with chair. Ottoman. Spacious and clean bathroom with great water pressure. Lots of electrical and USB outlets throughout the room; desk and bedsides. The gym was adequate with an elliptical, two treadmills, free weights and a weight rack machine. The free breakfast had two hot items (sausage and eggs) and other packaged/ready items: bagels, muffins, milk, juice, cereal, oatmeal, oranges, tea and coffee. Tea and coffee are available all day in the lobby. There is a small "pantry" section with drinks and snacks for sale. There is a Wendy's in the parking lot but it closes early so you may need to use the drive through later on. This is a pet friendly hotel...I did hear one dog barking intermittently on my floor but I was further down the hall and did not hear anything throughout the night.

Disappointing experience for a hotel affiliated with Marriott. The first issue we had was the air conditioning smelled terrible and made it unusable. Next, we were traveling with our 2 year old and chose the hotel because it had what looked like a very nice indoor pool. The pool heater was “out of service” and the pool was freezing, completely unusable. The hotel did nothing to stop loud music and people screaming in the hallways all night long. The breakfast was terrible, a couple pre-packaged muffins and dry waffles. The cherry on top was trying to find a bellhop cart in the morning when we checked out we found that there were none around and the front desk staff was nonexistent. Overall not what I’ve come to expect from hotels affiliated with Marriott.

Friendly staff, lovely room with lots of amenities. We will be back! We visited a friend who lived five minutes away. We then went to Point Pleasant Beach....about an hour away. This facility is close to interstates, too. The complimentary breakfast offered gluten-free options, too.

Damian in the front desk helps me to fix my issue in my recent visit. I come to this area once a while and this place is always one of my top options. I have once stayed here for more than 5 days and it is very helpful to have a kitchen so that I can buy some food and doing some simple cooking. Room is clean. In the most recent visit, I am in a rush and just booking a king bed and the next day, I need double bed when my son stay with me but there are no double bed available on the website, Damian helps me right away, very nice person. Actually the People I meet in the front desk are always very nice. Great hotel with this level price.

One of my all-time favorites in New Jersey. Of all the other similar selections (full kitchen / king size bed / mobile key check-in / modern chic artwork and decor / affordable booking deposit @ $50 / night), this hotel is gorgeous, clean, spacious, located right along the highway but the large parking lot and the excellent isolation in every wall basically reduces 95% any audible noise outside. It’s in the higher price range, but there are definitely some much higher priced stays closer to Philly, Atlantic City, and New York City, that don’t offer or provide the same number of amenities or same quality experience, customer service, and oh.. almost forgot - they have an indoor pool! 😶‍🌫️🔥 This is a great hotel. Thank you for always providing to us an excellent home away from home ♥️🎶 – DJ AFINO

When we arrived after 11 the front desk was unmanned. As we waited to check in (online check in didn’t provide a digital key) we saw lots of people with loud gatherings. Finally someone arrived to check us in but when we got to the room there was no bedding for the pull out despite booking for three people. I went downstairs to get bedding and had to wait a while once again and was given a mattress cover, one flat sheet and one comforter. No pillows were available and no top sheet so hopefully the comforter had been cleaned. Of course in the bathroom there were only two towels so the next morning we had to go get another as well. There were plates in the elevator and towels and trash in the hallway. Stains on the carpet, bedside light that was broken. I need to return to this area to see family and I will not be staying here again.

The place is nice but when everyone arrives for our wedding party most the rooms weren’t ready. The excuse? understaffed ? Look they knew months in advance that a large wedding would arriving on June 18 2021. There should of been better planning on Marriott to have the rooms ready by 3pm. Our grand children had arrived after 4 hours in traffic and they really needed a room so they could rest. I have travel many places in my lifetime and have never seen such a circus. I hope in the future this never happens again.

I like the place, but understaffing brings down my rating. The person at the front desk basically is in charge of the desk and dealing with breakfast. They need a dedicated person for breakfast. Kept running out of items... milk, bowls, napkins, coffee... Breakfast in general is weak. One day on my 5 day stay had no maid service (was requested every day)... they said they didn't have enough people that day... really? The room was fine.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years, and it was always a good experience. This time, however, my experience was quite different as the hotel seems to be poorly maintained and understaffed. Some of the issues my family faced during a recent two-night stay: * A non-functional heating/cooling system * No towels at the pool. It took about 2 hours to get towels * Stained / dirty carpets and furniture * Surly / unfriendly staff * Bags of trash left in the hallway Perhaps the staff is getting back into the groove after COVID. But this is not the level of quality I'd typically expect from a Marriott branded hotel.

Rooms as small as a box. Skip this place if you need space. Carpets are thin and sticky. The so-called pullout sofa is only twin. JV Room upgrades almost impossible. Snappy receptionists when the phone is actually answered. Will not return here. Smh.
