My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Cranbury from August 20-24. On Friday night, we were woken up with the sounds of yelling and screaming from the room immediately next to ours. After about an hour it stopped, so we were able to go back to bed. Then, on Saturday night, once again, we were woken up by screaming, yelling and objects being thrown in the same room next to ours at 1:00 am. This time, it went on for hours and hours. We tried calling the hotel using both our cell phones and the hotel phone in our room to try and get someone to answer the phone to advise them of what was going on so someone from the hotel could ask them to quiet down. After about 25 attempts throughout the course of a few hours, we finally had to call the police so that they could come since this couple continued nonstop for hours. My husband and I could not sleep. After the cops came, we heard through the door that they asked the man to leave. The cops left. The man left for a few hours and then came back again and at around 7:00 am, we were woken up yet again. That night we basically only had about two hours of sleep. The major issue here was the hotel not answering their phone or intercom to help interject to stop this awful situation nextdoor to our room. It was awful and I did not feel safe. I wrote to the corporate email and no response so far from them. The hotel itself was fine. But it is not ok that we could not reach anyone at the front desk the entire night throughout the whole ordeal and was left having to call the police ourselves.…
We would like to thank the staff if this hotel for a wonderful stay. We were first timers to this hotel for a weekend wedding. Everything ran very smooth from a quick and effecient check in with Marina. She was very friendly and a great presence behind the front desk. Our room was clean and comfy. The beds were amazing , didn't want to get up. ALL in all a great stay. Would recommend to All and if i ever come back to Jersey we will be your guest again. Thanks for a great weekend and a special shout out to Marina.
Hampton Inn in Cranbury is so worth your stay. Everyone is friendly, truly makes every effort to make you feel welcomed and address any needs that may arise. I have never had any issues other than positive ones and wanting to come and stay here weather it for business or personal. Truly a positive experience in every sense, from the comfy beds, to room size and cleanliness to check in and check out process. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Cranbury.
Our stay was not only pleasant but the room was clean. The staff were very sweet. The grab and go breakfast was set up when we came down and the coffee piping hot. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
This was a very nice, new hotel. We got great service from Stefanie, Marina, Richard, and Marcy. All four of them were pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was nice. The amenities were great. The only complaint was the breakfast. Like I said in my title, the breakfast here was a joke. There was no hot breakfast (eggs, meat, pancakes/waffles). There were no bananas. Just stuff that you would find a budget motel. Stop with the holds for incidentals. I could’ve afforded the room just fine if you didn’t charge me an extra $50 for no reason. Also, the price was way above average. $180 a night is just a little steep for a weekday with nothing big going on nearby. We would probably stay here again, but up your breakfast game and come down on your price
